This was helpful to me at the beginning as it combines order management and shipping in one place. That means no more role switching and having to log back into a different persona. **What do you dislike about ProSKU WMS?** I find it difficult to deliver reports with adequate level of detail to show stock by location, SKU or order status. This makes it very difficult to be able to accurately forecast for the company and more so determine cases of stockouts. **What problems is ProSKU WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find myself doubtful about the extent of fulfillment and the possibility of overstocking or undersupplying my clients. ProSKU is quite helpful to have to make my first order processing easier by linking many sales channels. ### 2. This has made it easier to increase the efficiency of the order processing and hence satisfying the customers. **What do you dislike about ProSKU WMS?** I have experienced minor inventory differences issues with ProSKU. Occasionally, the system has a stock update problem, and we end up selling an item that is actually out of stock. **What problems is ProSKU WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** ProSKU has been really great for our warehouse as it has helped us a lot in managing our stock. Picking and packing of the chosen product is very efficient, and reporting tools give useful information concerning stock and orders. ### 3. We were able to get going within no time due to the simplicity of the UI and the predefined process models of BPM today. **What do you dislike about ProSKU WMS?** One area where ProSKU WMS lacks competency with regards to reporting. I cannot effectively see how many times the picking and packing have been done by a particular staff or analyze nature of turnover of inventory. **What problems is ProSKU WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** ProSKU WMS has helped improved the ways that our warehouse functions.
