**Describe the project or task ProSales Connection helped with:**

We've worked with Pro Sales for cold-calling and cold-email campaigns. They have worked tirelessly with us throughout to iterate on language, strategy, and targets to improve outcomes. Their tireless commitment to improvement has been very impressive!

**What do you like best about ProSales Connection?**

The team is very well trained and has applied their expertise above and beyond the initial scope of the project.

**What do you dislike about ProSales Connection?**

It would be nice to get more detailed discovery from the calls. Pro Sales books the meetings, but leads are pretty unfamiliar with the product when they show up for the call.

**What problems is ProSales Connection solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're trying to increase our lead generation rate. In order to maintain our growth, we need to improve lead velocity at every stage of the funnel. Our biggest challenge is getting more initial conversations started with a very busy target persona. Pro Sales is continuing to find solutions to that problem.

ProSales is a key part our marketing and inside sales team.   They manage our website, our inbound leads, marketing campaigns, and help to qualify and set appointments.   They have also helped us complete some case studies that have been very helpful.

**What do you like best about ProSales Connection?**

They have a great team of people that care about our success and our customers.

**What do you dislike about ProSales Connection?**

I don't have anything that I dislike.  I was a sceptic when we started, but we have increased our monthly investment with ProSales 4 times in the last year, and that has been driven by us wanting more, not them trying to sell us more.

**What problems is ProSales Connection solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are marketing experts.   It allows us to focus more on what we do best and leverage their expertise.
