Utmost satisfaction is guaranteed. **What problems is ProQuest One Academic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Proquest has helped me with free E-books I could not find on other platforms, which were necessary for the courses I'm taking at the university. The filters are down to earth for anyone without experience to use it at their first time. **What do you dislike about ProQuest One Academic?** I do not see any downside of the product. **What problems is ProQuest One Academic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Research topic with various databases on a multidisplinary topic and have choices for users to set it up before proceeding with the searches. ### 3. The University should be allowed to pick and choose the databases relevant to their teaching and learning requirements and the subcription fee should be adjusted to meet such requests from the clients. The catch phrase is: If the students and their lecturers need milk, they dont have to buy the cow.
