not easy to understand for illiterate people

**What do you like best about PropertyBoss?**

I like how easy it is to see a list of all current tenants in the rent roll list and easily sort by money owed, lease start date, apartment number, etc.

**What do you dislike about PropertyBoss?**

I dislike that it is a little time consuming to send resident letters and to save or pull up those letters again once sent.

**Recommendations to others considering PropertyBoss:**

Make sure to sync it with the system you use to accept online payments.

**What problems is PropertyBoss solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problem of organizing all of our tenant information. It’s beneficial to have that information in the same place.

**What do you like best about PropertyBoss?**

It handles all functions we need it to. We can manage our entire process in one place. 

**What do you dislike about PropertyBoss?**

Not always intuitive and can be slow. Very difficult for new staff to learn. 

**Recommendations to others considering PropertyBoss:**

Make sure you are ready to provide substantial training to everyone on your team. The system is not always intuitive and can be difficult to learn. 

**What problems is PropertyBoss solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to manage everything from applications to room condition reports to assignments all in one place, and multiple people can utilize the system at once even remotely.

The depth of information that you can have contained in the software

**What do you dislike about PropertyBoss?**

The time it takes to get familiar with the software, difficult to find the information you need/create a report of it for quick reference

**What problems is PropertyBoss solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is our resident management system used for electronically tracking all resident and prospect activity, including payments. It generally keeps things in order and helps us find all details related to someone's tenancy.
