I can check in to see how the housekeepers are doing, if the house looks good, they can report any damages or concerns right away so i can file any necessary claims with airbnb or get maintenance out to the property **What do you dislike about Properly?** I dislike the admin side of the mobile app. Unless i just havent figured it out it really inst very user friendly **What problems is Properly solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has made it easy to keep track of the cleaning and scheduling of housekeepers and helps us to determine when any damages occured ### 3. I like the interface of the app too! **What do you dislike about Properly?** I do not like that you can't send out last minute requests (within 24 hours). I also didn't like that there wasn't a way to pay the vendor through the properly system. I had to pay my cleaning lady by cash or PayPal. I would love to have one system where everything is in one area. **Recommendations to others considering Properly:** Being able to pay through the app **What problems is Properly solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use properly to hire cleaning ladies for my Airbnb rental.
