It helps alot when we created a survey for better inputs  and it was really easy with the templates in this platform also the modes to send the survey was nice with no restritions

As of now we have not discovered anything which needs improvement but team can work more on UI for better experience

For a big team, it is sometimes difficult to get some insights on any idea, so with this platform we could prepare some questions so that the entire team can give their inputs and feel participated. Also it was great to have templates and options to distribute the survey via different channel

I love how the offer a free sample size calculator. It's such a unique and useful to people who work in careers where surveys are very important.

Customer service is the best thing about this product. Even if I don't understand something at once, I am only one call away from the solution. They are very friendly and really patient, even if I have the silliest questions!

If I want to send a mail from CheckMarket to track the survey, it may come in a spam inbox.

There are some bugs that should be worked out. I didn't use it as often as I should have though.

This service does not allow conducting surveys in order to make the best proposals or characteristics so that users can respond, it has templates, texts and colors, different tools that allow the largest attractive surveys to be carried out in order to be answered, with this we can improve areas within the company in this way to be able to advance and evolve positively with this service, it is possible to massively create and send surveys and in turn receive the general data of the responses by users very detailed and complete I like .

The tools are very detailed and complete in our opinion, each of the characteristics complements the following, so making changes or improvements must be done completely, for this reason I feel that the system has been very correct by evolving little by little, managing to innovate each tool for what I like and in the future it is improving to be more attractive.

Personally, the system has worked and we have not seen any kind of inconvenience regarding the use of the tools since they are very simple and easy, however the system can be very broad in the sense that they allow you to send, create or improve surveys by what is attractive I recommend it.

This software was definitely acquired by the company in order to be able to offer attractive responses from customers, whether negative or positive, but in order to receive a response in this way we were able to find ideas or conclusions to improve the company, whether it be the campaign, advertising or different ways to improve services, we have always had very specific results because the analysis offered by the system has been very general, so we have observed both positive and negative comments in a more synthesized response, the tools are simple and basic templates and texts are generally the key point since they improve the surveys and make it perfect.

It can be a great resource for companies when properly implemented.

We were truly excited to incorporate Promoter into our business, but unfortunately it did not work out for us.

Our negative experience was rooted from what could have easily been prevented from the beginning. We were not warned of situations that may happen when launching the survey. Within a few minutes of our launch, we received a number of detracting scores from some of our top members who we have personal relations with. Quite surprised, we made sure to reach out to them. All of them emailed, texted or called us saying that they had no idea of what we were talking about, that they never filled out a survey and only had positive experiences with us. Long story short, we were ridiculed and looked unorganized.

We reached out to the Promoter.io team to figure out the situation and was told then that this may occur with strict software implemented in many business emails. To understand much better, we scheduled a call (which took multiple requests).

The call started off with a discussion to better understand the situation, however it came to the solution that we did not gain much positives from this experience. The qualitative data we gathered did not represent any new subjects, and the fact that our reputation was manipulated because of something so preventable from the beginning was extremely frustrating.

We requested just a 1 month refund, as we were very unsatisfied with the experience but did partially understand the situation. However, the individual we spoke with simply repeated that this was not possible, only offering us 1 month in credit that we weren't going to use. We were told that they are the person to speak to about refunds but could not authorize one. Our requests were ultimately left unsolved.

Coming from a company that is based on fully devoting our attention to customer experience, this was an appalling encounter that we do not expect from other successful businesses.

Make sure all topics are covered before implementing. It can be a good resource for some companies.

Very flexible to build surveys exactly for our needs. User friendly/easiness to use. Possibility to learn and work out logic/solutions oneself.  The possibility to send a reminder to participate is a great feature that contributes to a high response and so are the tips and tricks that are posted online. It is efficient and support is in general quick and very helpful.he ease of use of the tool is something I appreciate a lot, especially when there are so many things going on in one day - setting up a survey, even in multiple languages is quite straightforward. The tool is very easy to use and results are easy to analyses. We have been met with excellent support and a willingness to cooperate and together improve our survey setup. The team explained my concerns very well with good solutions. The surveys available but also to report their results.. A very good program which help us a lot. I use it internally & externally. It looks professional and it's efficient tool overall.it is of low cost not expensive for our company.

The use of images in surveys could be more intuitive and efficient. When these surveys are validated, sometimes it is difficult to make the questions exactly the same as the question on paper. Excellent customer service and support.

Each survey is attractive to respondents and offers a good response rate. The possibility of sending a reminder to participate is a great feature that contributes to a high response and so are the tips and tricks that are published online. Recently, our company also used the CheckMarket panel to survey a representative sample of 1,000 people.

It is a different service to other survey systems, since this allows you to create surveys but all in the cloud and allows you to distribute a greater amount of massive surveys to have more favorable analytical responses we are happy with this service because its updated tools create perfect surveys that allow us to create and distribute much more than other services, it is perfect to keep the analytics received safe because everything is digitized and stored in the cloud we are very happy with this service.

With promoter I can make easy surveys to clients. This system has a clean interface in order to give the surveyed client peace of mind and confidence that a serious survey is carried out. It allows you to categorize the needs in the surveys in order to respond quickly to each question in the survey.
I love how intuitive this platform is, allowing your staff to measure and perform the study of the samples with precision. It is amazing how this system keeps updated continuously, placing new useful functions. The treatment provided by the support team is very professional and quick when it comes to solving a problem.

At the moment I have no complaints with this tool. But the times I've contacted technical support have been fast and reliable.

You can create surveys without much difficulty and at the same time, the structure of the survey is usually very visual and simple to respond to the client, which allows a very large percentage of responses in the questionnaires.

I also think that it is positive that besides the possibility of being able to create easy questions, there is the possibility of creating deeper and more complex answers for surveys in which much more detail is required.

The program integrates the record of the surveys you have done so that you can keep track of the questionnaires sent, answered and also to track the information obtained through these means.

I just think that they should improve the system of automatic information storage, since sometimes it makes changing the screen you lose the information you had because it has not been saved correctly.

This system allows me to be able to automate a number of processes in order to simplify the execution time of each task, thanks to this, together with my work team we have been able to see the opportunities and threats of the market in order to be efficient to the time to place my services and products in sales and in this way to be able to improve the processes that have weaknesses.

I like that this system is simple to manage, since it has a very friendly interface and allows us to understand each one of its analytical reports. I also find this system ideal because it allows me the possibility of integrating it with other sales programs in order to have everything at hand and in one place. These little details really help a lot.

**What do you dislike about Medallia Agile Research?**

It is not common, but sometimes there are problems with the system, which make us contact the technical assistance team, so that they can correct these errors. Of course it is annoying but it is not something that influences my decision to look for another system.

This system has many functions that can make you lose, but this should not worry because it has an excellent technical support team ready to solve the problem that comes with the Promoter.io system.

Every once in a while the system would lag and I’d have to reload the page. Not sure if that was an issue on my end or CheckMarket’s though.

Promoter has a great user interface, on top of that  helped us keep track of all of our customer surveys. It´s very easy to use and has really good features.  

You are able to create several campaigns and monitor all at once,and you are also able to monitor the specific segment for one country for example or view the whole organization´s NPS score. 

Dashboards provide more information in detail about that specific campaign, overall graphs allow us to pinpoint specific dates to view if scores have changed with a product release for example and thus, understand the impact that this can have on our customers.

I really love the feature of viewing the historic data score per customer, with this you can see how the score of the customer changes with time whilst using your product or service, viewing all scores with this feature allows the organization to understand if you´re heading in the the right direction. 

Also, when you ask support a question they get back to you usually within the same day, very quick and helpful in their responses.

It serves its purpose, I must admit I have no complaints or dislikes with this tool. You can certainly keep working on adding advancements and new features, but for our department it works perfectly.

I like the ease of creating a survey. Not only it's a smooth process from the user's point of view, but I feel that a customer is more likely to respond to a low-key, low-effort initial email - and yet the follow up question offers the ability to provide much more in-depth responses. 

**What do you dislike about Medallia Agile Research?**

I'm not a huge fan of the new campaign wizard lacking auto-save, as I lost my work while navigating to another screen. I'm sure it's something they're going to fix soon though.

I'd first do the free trial to see if this is something you need. It has plenty of features to get a flavor of the product, along with 250 free surveys.

I want to understand how our clients feel about our service over time. I think it will be easier for a client to share feedback over a quick one-question email as opposed to reaching out our support. They aren't certainly going to write a support ticket if they "feel" we're 7/10, but that's information I definitely want to know in order to get to 10/10.

Bugs that need fixing when generating surveys. The software froze on me several times whentryinging to enter questions for a survey. We ended up switching to Survey Monkey.

**What do you like best about Medallia Agile Research?**

Promoter is the most robust, data-rich NPS solution on the market — hands down. It's so much more than just a survey. I tie a lot of the success of our NPS efforts directly on some of the features in Promoter (that I couldn't find with other solutions). 

Their custom scheduling allows us to send the survey at the right moment in our customer lifecycle, which has improved the feedback we receive. And, the reminder surveys have increased our response rates. 

I love having the ability to manage and respond to all of our feedback inside of the dashboard without needing to go back and forth with my email client. 

But, where Promoter really shines is with their analytical tools. We like to filter our NPS data by different variables, such as business type. This helps us understand not just how we're doing overall, but more importantly, within each of our four core customer types. That along with the trending data is worth the price alone. 

Did I mention their customer service? Yep, that's pretty amazing as well.

Just wish I had more customers to gather feedback from. :)

I'm a huge fan of NPS as a tool for growth. I haven't found anyone more knowledgeable or that supports growth through NPS like Promoter. It's the best solution available today.

The customer support at Promoter.io is phenomenal. Whenever considering a new software application, I look at REST API, Bidirectional Zaps on Zapier, and most importantly Customer Support. Promoter.io meets all these requirements and is quick to assist us with any questions or changes needed.

I love how you can look at the survey results as a whole but can drill down as needed. The ability to respond directly to the feedback itself is also wonderful. The simplicity of the feedback form encouraged more feedback from the participants.

Unable to select the individual feedback from the dashboard. The filter is not interactive and can only set one at a time.

**Recommendations to others considering Medallia Agile Research:**

Promoter.io is great if you are looking to perform a quick and easy survey to gather immediate feedback from either clients or employees. It is not meant for multiple questionnaires feedback; at least, at the level of my plan (starter). It is relatively cheaper and has a free tier of up to 250 surveys. Great for companies doing first-time feedback gathering and then scale as you need more functions such as scheduling and drip surveys. You can also integrate with other software through Zapier or their own API.

We are trying to increase our response rate by having a simple but appealing survey form directed to our clients. We want a dashboard view but also the ability to respond back to an individual feedback. Through Promoter.io we have achieved an increased response rate and great analysis of client's feedback.

The graphs and charts give great visual representation of our scores and performance as a staff. If I ever have a questions or issue with the platform, the support from Promoter has always been 10/10.

No keyboard shortcuts for easier/quicker workflow. Would love to see some implemented in the future.

Promoter.io allows us to effectively track and manage our NPS program in a centralized location.  It has automated many of the cumbersome manual tasks and has greatly simplified and improved this process.  The ability to tag and track customer feedback is extremely valuable and enables us to pinpoint areas of strength and weakness in within our business and product offering.  Customer support has also been fantastic and product enhancements are always being made.

A bi-directional sync with Salesforce would be very helpful but does not currently exist.  There are some 3rd party work-arounds but they are quite limited.

It allows us to check the NPS for our product and to find out if our customers actually like our product. Thanks to using Promoter.io we are able to talk with those customers, who are promoters, but also try to fix the relationship with passives and detractors, who are not actively promoting our product.

The list of customers needs to be provided and uploaded manually. This takes time and makes the entire process unnecessarily extended in time. Instead of manually uploading the email distribution list, we would rather have it uploaded using the API. We would also be very happy if we could do something to automate the entire process. Sending out the NPS survey is a repeatable task and eventually it could be automated.

Promoter is an intuitive platform, essential for anyone measuring their Net Promoter Score and trying to 'move the needle'! With a complete loop followup system, that is exceptionally easy to use, promoter ensures you make the most of every piece of feedback. The system is continually updated, with awesome new features you didn't know you wanted, released often. The support team are very helpful, and readily available to assist! It is also very affordable for any business.

Promoter is honestly a great business tool, with minimal drawbacks. In fact, you think it could be improved in some way, shape or form...and next you know a feature is added which solves your problem!! I guess some small businesses may find the cost prohibitive, however this is the most affordable system of its kind that I've seen, and the packages are very reasonable.

Promoter allows us to gather valuable feedback and track our NPS across our customer and employee base. It also provides a completely contained followup system, which is vital to your success when monitoring NPS. Doing this allows you to correct issues early in the pipeline and change systems and processes to offer the best possible service and product.

Promoter makes it super simple to survey customers. The interface is clean for the survey recipient and the administrators. It's exceptionally helpful to be able to quickly categorize and respond to the survey responses through the Promoter interface.

I have found it time consuming to tag all of the responses. I would recommend using some Natural Language Processing to automatically tag the verbal feedback/comments. 
I would also like to see more filtering within the Dashboard. e.g. I'd like to be able to selectively look at conversations that have #tag1 and are Promoters, without exporting the .csv dataset.

**Recommendations to others considering Medallia Agile Research:**

Make sure that you carefully build a plan for what frequency you want feedback and how you will import the survey recipients. We got stuck with a huge backlog of surveys and it took quite a few months to survey a full representation of our customer base, due to the order that they recipients were uploaded. Once surveys are scheduled, it's hard to change them.

**What problems is Medallia Agile Research solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary business need that we're solving is to maintain a pulse of our user's experience. Where other tools have lacked, Promoter maintains a constant pulse of our customers' opinions and experiences interacting with us and our products. It makes reporting very easy, and we save time with being able to queue the surveys to drip over time. We get critical insight about the product experience, but we've not let learned to fully leverage this insight as a company.

The only product your company will ever need to manage their NPS. The interface is designed to allow users the ability to followup with customers via email without ever leaving the product. Being able to tag the comments allows you to identify trends within your customer base and help show leadership what is working and what areas you can improve on. The customer service is out of this world!! Very responsive and always willing to provide best practices. 

**What do you dislike about Medallia Agile Research?**

Overall it is a fantastic product. Would like some more native integrations however the product is great as is. Promoter does not allow for adjustments to the Ultimate questions or for additional questions to be asked on the initial survey. Promoter was designed to adhere to Net Promoter best practices delivering high levels of engagement and accurate results. Promotor currently averages a 37% percent completion rate which they attribute to keeping surveys focused on the ultimate question and not overwhelming the customer with additional questions. If there is anything specific we want to drill-down on with an individual customer, we can accomplish this during the follow-up process after the survey.

We leverage the Promoter.io platform to manage the entire NPS project. While there  are a number of platforms out their who can facilitate the project, Promoter.io offers a number of advantages.  Their dashboard is designed to provide a simple, scalable tool to manage all of the actions required from sending their surveys, collecting the data in real time, analyzing the data to identify trends and following up with the customer. They provide an API to push the NPS results and feedback into Salesforce for our sales and support reps to leverage. They are also closely aligned with Fred Reichheld author of “The Ultimate Question” and the creator of The Net Promoter Score.
