**What do you like best about Prokeep?**

It allows us to have a platform to reach our entire sales team via text. Specifically it is very useful when needing to ID product or understand application. Many customers are not tech savy and the texting is easier for them.

**What do you dislike about Prokeep?**

Sometimes when I or a team member claims a conversation, it does not immediately show up as claimed. Resulting in multiple people working on the same thing, not sure why this happens.

**What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It assist in having an additional method for customers to reach out and receive a quick response. It also assist in getting pictures straight from the customer's phone as opposed to them having to send via e-mail or other methods.

**What do you like best about Prokeep?**

ProKeep allows us to proactively engage our customers with timely information about events, promotions, training opportunites and product offerings.   It provides a means to send technical information and quotes directly to their phones.

**What do you dislike about Prokeep?**

Broadcasting a text message to many different customers is a slow and clumsy process, even with a template.  Each phone number has to be selected separately, the template assigned and then sent.  Each individual text message then has to be closed out individually.

**What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProKeep gives us an alternate means to engage our customers.   It is easy for an email message to get lost in a mailbox, but text messages provide instant visibility for our message.

Prokeep is very dynamic when it comes to feedback from their partners and implementing changes. The platform is constnatly improving, and their team is willing to work with us to overcome changing business dynamics to fit their platform.

There really isn't anything we dislike about Prokeep.  The team is good, and they are a good business partner for us.

**What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing resources is one of the main problems that Prokeep solves for us.  We can leverage our associte expertise no matter where they are located, and allow our internal specialists to by dynamic when it comes to assisting customer.  Another problem Prokeep solves for us is visibility into progress on customer requests.  Knowing immediately who is working on a specific task, and what the correspondance has been to the customer or other associates allows for easy hand off.

No dislikes.We  have been using Prokeep for several years , [We] havent found any dislikes ,at all!

Our clients are typically out at construction sites with no access to computers , so Prokeep allows texting and file tranfers to them in a timly manner from Our office PC's
As well at receiving instant photos from them. These communications can be reviewed and tranfered , via the software to additional staff at Our company.

The thing I dont like about Prokeep is you have to go to the browser to reply messages maybe if i can do the inicial reply by email would be great. The feature of automatic response we aceptoing the thread.

Having a central inbox of text inquiries. This is helpful because a whole team can interect with the clientand offer a fast and acurrate response wich is in the end what the client wants.

Picture sending and sending messeges that can be responded by the customer on their time.  Not having to give out a personnal cell number is worth it.

There isnt really a down side.  It has been a very useful tool.

Sending pictures and files back and forth without requiring an email address.

Our drivers are able to keep moving throughout the day with very quick access to help and solutions. It is nice to see other peoples claim threads because we can have more than one person help tackle an issue.

**What do you dislike about Prokeep?**

Haven't personally experienced any issues with Prokeep so far. I would recommend it to any business that deals with deliveries or logistics to keep everybody on the same page.

Communcation is much smoother through all levels of our opertion.

The simplicity of how it works and its raw functions are amazing. It easly works with other applictions to send both pictures and messages.

**What do you dislike about Prokeep?**

I am personally not a big fan of all the icons for the different functions.
I prefer to be able to identify the functions by name.

**What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less requirement of individual SMS use of personal phones for company buisness.
Clearer and easier to read diagrams/pictures of parts and equipment along with easier customer notification really stands out.

The ability to review what I or my manager has done and notified really helps me with doubling up on the work load.

It is extremely helpful when trouble shooting customer issues over the phone. Being able to immediately see pictures of what technicians are looking at is invaluable.

Not much. Being able to set up groups or classify people by branch of business would be helpful

**What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work in the HVAC-R industry and it is very helpful in keeping us in contact with our customers that are working in the field.

Amazing speed from support getting answers to questions I have had. The answers are explained in a way that even I can understand and take the necessary steps or begin to use a function.

Haven't run into one yet but Prokeep people keep listening so if I find one I know help is there.

Looking up pass threads and know it is there in case you need to pull it back up.Also the ability to look at pictures is a huge help.

When you seach a name up some time you have to reset prokeep to get it to show up.

Having an HVAC tech text a picture of an equipment nameplate eliminates errors vs having the tech read it to you.  He or you could make a mistake.

**What do you dislike about Prokeep?**

There are none that I know of.  It helps me from wasting time on unnecessary phone calls.

direct messaging between team members is a nice add on.

**What do you like best about Prokeep?**

It provides an easy way for our customers to contact us without having to call into the main line and talk with a salesperson. It also allows our customers to be able to send pictures and other media to our sales team instead of trying to explain over the phone.

**What do you dislike about Prokeep?**

The only downside is that the numbers don't cooperate with all phone service providers. Microsoft Teams doesn't integrate with ProKeep so we have an issue whenever we are setting up new branches. I know its hard to get Microsoft to cooperate though so I'm not holding it against them. We have a workaround that has seemed to work for us.

**What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have customers who want to let us know they are on their way to the branch to pickup their order without having to wait for someone to pickup on the main line. This has also allowed our customers to send us pictures of the items they're in need of.

It helps up have a great experience for customers to be able to communcate through text with our customers.

Sometimes I wont be able to know when a customer want to talk to me personally unless another associate lets me know when it assigns to me.

The solution they use now that benifites prokeep is up including it in birdeye where we have some who looks and notifies when there is a message on birdeye.

We do not have company phones for my position so being able to utilize a "texting" format is key.  It allows clients to text pictures which is so much quicker and easier than email!

We have several users of Prokeep in the building so we don't always know when a text has been sent to us.

That we can use or same land line and still keep better records of correcspondence with my contractors without needing to have 3-4 sources of information.

I wish I could attached more than 1 picture file at a time.

Wasting time talking on the phone when a contractor simply needs to know that a part is "in". And I can coordinate with field guys to confirm parts.

If you receive a text and dont close the thread, you can miss a order the next day because it doesnt flash like you have a new message when it first comes through.
