I like Projectworks for its very intuitive interface, which flows well, much like applications I'm familiar with, such as QuickBooks. It definitely makes more sense compared to what we used before. I also appreciate the syncing with Jira, which is quite beneficial. The interface not only looks modern but also aligns well with how we do things, which helps in making time tracking more granular and effective. With API Access, I was able to create integrations with our internal products to improve efficiency across the business. The user interface means that adding staff members to projects and time codes is very time-consuming. The integrations into our tools are poorly designed and inefficient. A product like Clockify provides a much better experience when using its add-on. The product is also very expensive for what we use in the product.
