**What do you like best about ProgressionLIVE?**

I am able to consolidate some of our field service desks with the help of this ProgressionLIVE software. It enables us to generate and send the electronic work orders and thereby facilitate interaction between the dispatchers and field technicians.

**What do you dislike about ProgressionLIVE?**

Reporting is not comprehensive and is somewhat limited within the platform of ProgressionLIVE.  Recurrent generation of detailed reports on things such as the technicians’ performance, amount of time taken to complete a job among others can be time-consuming.

**What problems is ProgressionLIVE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dispensing with paper-based work orders, ProgressionLIVE has enhanced our dispatch process while minimizing the likelihood of mistakes.  It also leads to increased efficiency of the technicians through provision of real time information that allows them to better serve the customer.
