From the start to the ending, since you upload your request to getting it finalized with your accounting team, it is very user friendly and easy to track. **What do you dislike about Procurify?** I cannot think of one downside of using this tool; everything you need is here. It would be awesome if we could search without identifying if it's a vendor or order item but I understand they narrow down your search to assist better. **What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Procurify came into our business life, we were like in an old age era.LOL we were still filling out papers for requisitions request or ordering but Procurify solved all our problems in one step! ### 2. Also easy to search old po's for confirmation. Compared to other systems this is by far the best I have had the experience in using. **What do you dislike about Procurify?** The only downside is at times, the parts will not load properly when clicking on the "browse" button and searching a particular part number. I think the best improvement would be for the user to be able to search only part numbers that are used for that location. **What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?** This system makes it a lot easier getting vendors paid and having a great log of past invoices that have been sent through for payment. There are many features that Procurify offers that make the ordering process easy and accurate, such as the ability to place, check quotes with invoices, and electronically track orders. The capacity to ask and answer questions with the messaging tool; the comment feature, and the ordering transparency created by the tool itself, not to mention the quick pace with which orders can reviewed, approved, and purchased by authorized staff, are among the many benefits that make Procurify a terrific tool to streamline your purchasing process and reduce redundancy- particularly when coordinating purchasing across multiple buildings and/or campuses. **What do you dislike about Procurify?** I'm not sure I have complaints to share as a person who places orders for multiple departments. Still, I might suggest adjusting the cost/per and quantity pricing options to be slightly more adaptable to the variety of orders being placed as a future software update. Being able to specify different quantities comes into play for printing or contracted service orders, which don't always have a per-item price. But having the option of entering industry-specific info could help determine the cost-effectiveness of doing business with a particular vendor. **What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reduction of redundant ordering and shipping, achieving volume discounts, and improved vendor relations and organizational cost savings based on repeat business and bulk orders. ### 4. It makes it much easier for my team to implement when there are no extra complications. Procurify provides many resources for training in navigating the system, but even those who chose not to watch the videos could still use the program efficiently. **What do you dislike about Procurify?** I will say that I am still learning how to properly use the accounts payable functions efficiently. I find myself constantly wishing the system would do it one way vs the way it actually does it. I understand for larger companies this may not be such an issue but since we are a smaller company some of the functions and roles fall onto 1 or 2 people and some features require extra steps. **What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem they are solving for us is visibility and accountability. It would be great if POs could be created in a grid so I can fill in like a GForm and submit all info just in one click. Before Procurify, my organization utilized an approval process that was tracked through paper work. Did not send the photo across to the form, even if I did it through my phone. It would be helpful to switch from one profile to another without logging out. **What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Procurify makes individual purchases easy to monitor and keep track of different categories of goods. I have only used one other system, so I don't have a wide basis for comparison. ### 34. With Procurify we have a history of everything that happens to a request that is very useful if we are ever audited. The interface is clean, not cluttered, and scanning receipts using the mobile app is really nice. **What do you dislike about Procurify?** Our staff struggled a bit learning this new system, this may be a result of our old processes being so unusual and not best practices. We provided access to Procurify's training site but found that most of our staff would go there and quickly become overwhelmed. **What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?** We now have proper audit trails in place which could save our behinds if we are audited. The granularity of permission controls allows us to be very specific with how many privileges you assign to employees. ### 36. The extensive amount of information that can be input such as quotes, files, and the ability to add page/web site links is very convenient. **What do you dislike about Procurify?** There should be an automatic Memory Feature/Recommended/Previously Used type drop-down option for the Account Code, Custom Jobs and the Vendor Name when OTHER is selected to save scrolling, searching through multiple options or re-typing a vendor name. Most of the codes remain the same on single Requests. An option for FEET should be added in the UNIT TYPE section for people like myself who order large quantities of wire and heat shrink tubing by the foot. **What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?** The company chose it for it's user friendliness and extensive information per item versus our old method. Our previous process was highly time-consuming, required too many line items and pages to complete and did not allow for extensive information addition in a clean, organized manner. ### 37. If we could edit the orders ourselves as teachers it would make it easier to get orders approved and placed. **What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Amazon Punchout helped to streamline orders and created quicker turnaround, allowing orders to be placed quicker with less frustration on the part of school families. ### 39.
