**What do you like best about PROCURETRAIL?**

As a Chartered Accountant using ProcureTrail for client's procurement and asset governance, three things have stood out. The multi-level approval workflow maps cleanly to real authority structures — routing by department, category, and amount — so there's a proper audit trail on every purchase without anyone becoming a bottleneck. The Tally integration has removed a lot of manual reconciliation; postings flow through correctly with the right vouchers, saving significant time at audit time. And the QR-based asset tagging and physical verification has made CARO Clause 3(i) compliance far more straightforward — assets are traceable to their custodian and location, and verification campaigns catch discrepancies before the auditor does. Overall, it's brought real structure to processes that used to run on email and spreadsheets.

**What do you dislike about PROCURETRAIL?**

There's a bit of a learning curve for staff not used to structured approval workflows — worth budgeting time for training during rollout

The approval workflow brought real structure to our procurement process — routing purchases by department, category, and amount means every transaction has a clear audit trail, without anyone's desk becoming a bottleneck.

It solves multi user challenges, and is very affordable.
