**What do you like best about process.science?**

1) Event log: we can get the log of event at different time stamps, activity name and many more information necessary to make critical decision
2) Transpenvy in information this prodyct provides

**What do you dislike about process.science?**

Happy to say there is no such dislike, but qlik sense product of optimization to transfer event of erp to informative attractive presentation is bit difficult, rest everything is super amazing

**What problems is process.science solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It made work efficient among the team mates by identifying where unnecessary work to be excluded and also as we are consultancy company,  cost profit optimization haven amazing tool

Data quality and availability:
It relies heavily on accurate and comprehensive data in adverse cases output is ineffective.

Scalblity and Performance challenges:
It doesn't support big data or lacks performance while processing huge amount of data.

It has its own complexities and learning curve for team members

**What problems is process.science solving and how is that benefiting you?**

High lead times and bottlenecks in our quarter end reporting process.
It helped with root cause analysis and bottleneck identification by continuos monitoring and improvement process which ultimately lead to optimised workflow

This platform has nothing for me to dislike since even on my first implementation everything worked smooth.
