This tool is very simple to use and user friendly. We can track our attendance everyday with the help of this tool. There are so many other facilities like claims, IT return, form 16, leave details, salary breakup details etc available on this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Claiming of CTC and Non-CTC are little difficult. We also don't get the notifications on the home page for any claims or applied leaves. Regularization, changing the shift plan and swap the week offs are little difficult if you are doing it first time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a significant learning curve in comparison to similar software. Setting up a PTO plan by accessing multiple screens makes it difficult to navigate these processes. Recently, an update was made that keeps us from having multiple instances of the software simultaneously, which keeps us from being able to reference what we have set up previously on other screens. Can't even track PTO correctly in Massachusetts; where the company is based!!! This is the MOST frustration thing for me and my employees. I have a FREE excel spreadsheet that can do this but yet PrismHR can't cap or handle carryover...

Should be a central repository for all my HR information, but doesn't.

I don't like that the information provided to me is all over the place. It does not appear to be organized. Plus there are so many sections grayed out that I need and have to put the information elsewhere.
