When will PTO flow to payroll?
In our business we pay most employees on an hourly basis, so the PTO needs to flow in hour amounts. It would be great for this to flow to payroll so we don't have to enter it manually.

Why can't PrismHR accurately calculate PTO, specifically Sick Time for Massachusetts employers?
In Massachusetts Sick Time is capped at 40 hour. If someone accrues 40 hours, then uses 40 hours, they don't begin to accrue again until the next calendar year. PrismHR cannot calculate this properly, and my HR team has to do this by hand on excel spreadsheets...
