I think PrismHR is a very comprehensive system that covers all areas of managing businesses, especially dealing with the complexities of payroll, taxes, and benefit management and reconciliation. It really helps us optimize the offerings we provide to our clients. The interface for processing payroll is nice and ensures everything is accurate, in line, and ready to process. It also helps in managing all benefit payments and coordination with clients. The onboarding tool for benefits is great too, guiding people through their benefit selections and helping them understand the costs. We have used Fourth as our HRIS for many years. I love how simple and organized the system is. It is easy to use and I use it all day, everyday. Payroll system that is somewhat easy to use once you have built it, it is very customizable. Chat feature for service issues is very fast. The best thing about onesource is their newly added Pay by Day option for people needing some of their paycheck a bit early if something comes us. This feature is extremely recent but has been great for employees. The easy to use login and ability to review basically all of your earning and finances in an easy to use format is a plus.
