When I try to log in, I consistently run into an issue where I can’t access the system right away and have to refresh the page and log in again each time. In addition, when I search for an account, the system takes an unusually long time to load, which leads to delays and frustration. Having to repeatedly refresh, along with the slow loading times, significantly affects productivity and makes the overall user experience less efficient, making it harder to complete tasks in a timely manner.

That the system auto fills those research topics with what ever is average for the account. It can be confusing and difficult to pinpoint their specific interests

Providing me an extra level of finding prospects. It would be beneficial if Techtarget could directly integrate the different Prospecting tools like outreach or groove, or directly with Salesforce. those integration could be more helpful as currently i dont have a way to bring people into my safeforce without them having a sales navigator LinkedIn profile

Priority Engine has been a game changer for our demand generation strategy. The intent data is incredibly actionable. I'm not sure if it is solving any specific problems but rather acting as an additional tool in my prospecting process. I have enjoyed utilizing tech target to gather additional information on key contacts. ,

Priority Engine provides my team with the intent data that matters most and offers more than competitive aggregated search platforms.  Working with a highly engaged support team we have learned to understand what prospect priorities are most important and which key stake holders are viewing topics on your site.  Using PE, our sales teams now understand the who, what, when of a project that leads to better engagement and more meaningful connections.

**What do you dislike about Informa TechTarget Portal (Priority Engine)?**

We have had very few negatives with Priority Engine.  I would like to be able to manage our own account sets and see more coverage at the territory level.

Priority Engine helps us solve the question of specifically who is searching for information on specific topics.  Other solutions only provide one half of the equation with intent data or contact data.  Bringing intent and buyers together is powerful.

Tech Target makes it so easy to find the most current, correct contact information for the prospects who are actively researching my product or solution.  What they are searching for, when they are expecting to move forward.  All of the vital information I need to open dialogue with confidence.  The Intent Mail tool generates more email opens than I seen before.  I use it as often as possible!

Not yet able to integrate with the CRM.  However, it is in the works.

It gives a consolidate information about interests from an account in one place and helps discover new prospects who might not be on your target list. It also gives contact information making it easy for reach out.

A lot of times information is not refreshed and you might not know if a prospect has gone from the organization or their recent interests.

Priority Engine helps build sales intelligence by allowing to see what are the areas of interest of your target accounts and prospects within that account. This information can help to know your customer and lead intelligent meaningful discussions tailored to the prospect and hence increase level of engagement. 

Till now the experience has been neutral.

I love how I can proactively outreach to my customers with real time data on what they are researching and content that they would like to receive.  It allows me to align my messaging for maximum touch base with my customer.

It would be great to have the ability to to see what resources the customers are accessing.  Wether that be write papers or video contact knowing what they are consuming would be a huge help.

Priority Engine gave us incredible insight into our ICP and targeted buyers. We could see so much of their activity, know what they were researching and interested in, as well as exactly who at each company was looking for these things. Incredibly valuable information!

Even though the information offered by Priority Engine is incredibly valuable, the platform itself is really overwhelming. It's nearly impossible to know where to look and how to synthesize all of the information. All of the insights lead you down dozens of rabbit trails and, at the end of the day, you have lots of great info but you're not sure what to do with it or what to actually concentrate on.

its a intent data at both the account and individual prospect level. This provides highly accurate and granular insights into who is actively researching specific technology solutions, allowing sales and marketing teams to prioritize efforts and tailor outreach with greater relevance. The inclusion of validated contact information and the ability to integrate with existing GTM systems are also highly valuable for operationalizing these insights.

Sometimes the limitations of its intent data scope (it's mostly first-party, not broad web-wide) and the use-cases seem to be limited; ie. i know everyone is interested in AI, but for what, why, who can we best support

My favorite way part of techtarget is the accuracy of the intent data provided. Because it's a trustworthy tool on the consumer end, the data we get back is typically accurate. It provides information on the buying team and gives great insight on what a potential prospect's current interests are.

I wish it had a stronger integration with our CRM. It sometimes will say a prospect is not currently in our CRM but they actually are and have been targeted.

I like that we can create specialized lists based on our targeted accounts that are saved for viewing and reporting week over week. The quality of lead generation accounts that are provided to us have been extrememly high resulting in qualified SQLs. It also integrates to our Hubspot which has been extremely helpful in importing contacts not only through a batch import but also through the automated CRM button. Customer support is usually very responsive and our account manager is knowledgeable and helpful in ensuring our questions are answered quickly. We use Priority Engine everyday. The system is easy to navigate.

It would be nice to create and upload our own lists with the ability to change those lists without TechTarget support. I also wish it would provide different types of reports that we could export adhoc based on the type of data we are looking for, and example would be the accounts that are at a score of 100 listed out with primary contacts.

I like seeing what type of content a prospect is viewing and customizing my messaging to what they're looking for. The AI writing tool is good for getting something on paper that you can work on, but I wouldn't suggest just using the emails as they are and sending them out.

There's no way to mass export without having them do it from the backend via email, and there's no way to tag prospects you've already reached out to. I'd also appreciate the ability to tag people into groups when they have similar interests and build out a cadence of content based around that group of people without having to check each individual persona manually.

**What do you like best about Informa TechTarget Portal (Priority Engine)?**

The intent topics for target contacts is very useful. We sell a broad range of services and solutions so being able to narrow cold emails down to the topics that my prospects are researching is very valuable.

**What do you dislike about Informa TechTarget Portal (Priority Engine)?**

I notice that the data is sometimes inconsistent or is removed which can make it confusing to know what is being researched but most of the time it is consistent.

**What problems is Informa TechTarget Portal (Priority Engine) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In addition to finding contacts and keeping them in one place, I'm able to easily narrow down what each contact is actively researching and how recent they were researching in order to send cold emails on the topics that are most relevant to them.

It's easy to manage accounts and people within accounts with PE.  I use it as my work bible every Monday and reach out in omni channels to connect with new people and see who's interested in our company.  I love this tool!

**What do you dislike about Informa TechTarget Portal (Priority Engine)?**

I would love it if the AI generated email could be sent out straight from PE vs. a copy paste situation.

It's solving the big question of "Who is ready for a change", something that was a bit of a blackbox prior to using this solution.

The abiblity to quickly find qualified prospects that are looking to purchase items that you offer.  Priority Engine creates a heirchy of qualified individuals, and maximizes our efforts in prospecting to potential customers.

Soooooo much information that its often times hard to pinpoint where to start, and who to start with.

Priority Engine gets us a list of prospects that we can go after.  It identifies potential customers that are in the space that we offer a solution.

You find different prospects than other services and it is easy to sort by account.

The AI writing tool is not as good as the other major AI tools.  Exporting leads it much more of a hassle than it needs to be.

It helps me create more of a targeted outreach based on that the prospect is interested.  Gives me good background on which online resources are being viewed and when.  I can create lists bases of the accouts I cover.

I like the level of detail PE provides when I'm looking into accounts. I really like how PE continues to innovate and add new features that help me in my day to day prospecting!

There is not anything I can think of that I dislike about PE. I've been using this tool for years and it keeps getting better

I like the level of detail provided for each of my accounts when it comes to their numbers of prospects, buying and researching behavior, and especially how it relates to my company's content. I like how it also integrates with Salesforce and our internal information.

**What do you dislike about Informa TechTarget Portal (Priority Engine)?**

Some of the linked information isn't always correct--their LinkedIn may be wrong, or if I open the LinkedIn, the prospect may have moved on several months ago. So, I think the information could be slightly more up-to-date.

**What problems is Informa TechTarget Portal (Priority Engine) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a lot of greenfield accounts where I don't know too much about the prospects, company as a whole, and the company behavior, so Priority Engine provides a great place to start getting acquainted with my accounts.
