It's easy to organise documents as well. **What do you dislike about Primafact?** I do not like the fact that, extracting documents from prima fact to outside takes a lot of time. Secondly the documents lose the clarity when printed or dragged to add on Primafact. Lastly it hangs a lot! **What problems is Primafact solving and how is that benefiting you?** Primafact solves the problems where several files are concerned and they need to be organised in a productive manner. Also, if files are deleted Primafact helps with retrieval of the same. ### 2. It is quite accurate as well. The annotation and redaction function is also helpful to leave notes that are easy to later review through the annotation bar on the right. You can choose to print documents with those annotations and/or redactions, which is convenient and saves time. The functional capabilities were well thought out. The text function is also useful, allowing you to copy text from the document. **What do you dislike about Primafact?** Sometimes the searches are not accurate if the document is not clearly printed to Primafact. It can be time consuming to name and organize the documents. Some mistakes cannot be undone which can be problematic. The text function could be improved to be more accurate. **What problems is Primafact solving and how is that benefiting you?** Convenient and easy to use even for people who are not technical. Easy to move, merge, copy and brief documents. Helps our office go paperless. ### 4.
