**What do you like best about Prezi?**

To be able to Zoom in and out. This gives a whole new perspective for presentations. It is easy to include videos and pictures. The graphics are nice and it helps in selling products and experiences. It's not cheap though.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

It takes quite some time to set up presentations and make them run smoothly. Compared to PowerPoint or Canva it takes longer, but it's also more beautiful with the right investment.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to create presentations that keep my audience awake. Presentations that are engaging and not dull.

I use Prezi to create presentations for work and I love how Prezi is fast and smart, and it develops the idea and organizes the content automatically. I also like that I can upload a file and let Prezi handle the development of the idea or description, even if it's in colloquial language, which is a feature that increases its value for me. Setting up Prezi was extremely easy and that's something I love.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

Working on the mobile is annoying, a laptop is necessary, and I can't quickly make a presentation on the mobile, this is annoying.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prezi helps me create work presentations quickly and intelligently, it develops the idea and organizes the content, and it allows me to upload a file and it develops the idea or description even in colloquial language.

I find Prezi to be an easy platform to share information in an engaging, new age way. I like that it's simple to use and has nice design tools and functions. What stands out for me is how engaging it makes presentations, especially compared to PowerPoint, and how easy it is to set up.

The pricing model is a little steep... also I wish there was a easier way to export into Google Drive

I like that Prezi is aesthetically very intuitive, which helps make my daily work with presentations easier. Additionally, I appreciate that in a matter of minutes I can create a presentation that would take me hours or even days if I didn't use Prezi. I also love how quick the initial setup was.

It's a bit slow sometimes but I understand it's normal.

I wish it was easier to drag items around, it does seem to be sticky and not easy to add tabs as I currently reuse templates and it doesn't seem to like that.

I use it for client interaction, I like that it is easy to transport and can be used anywhere. Time saved is key here.

I like that Prezi is easy to use and quite intuitive. It makes for a nice design for the presentation, making it look quite dynamic. I really appreciate that.

Some features are a bit more complicated to use, a bit more cumbersome. Sometimes it's not so straightforward to have a good visibility of the whole presentation. In the beginning, there was a bit of a learning curve, as it is different from PowerPoint and other tools.

It doesn’t open in a PPT the same way it does in the Prezi. So ease of use. If you are presenting in teams/zoom, there are some times issues

I like the easy way he presents the slides and the interactive format of Prezi, but I still find it complicated to edit the chosen template.

I don't like the difficulty in editing the chosen template, the buttons are confusing and stressful to find what I need.

Prezi gives me agility and saves time. I made my commercial presentation in just a few minutes and the design was beautiful with a flow that captured the client's attention. If I were to do it alone, I would probably take hours.

I have been using Prezi for over 10 years for my presentations. I like that it is a very practical way to create presentations while keeping interest, as it is not static. I also appreciate that Prezi is very easy to use and the initial setup was very easy. Additionally, I switched to Prezi from PowerPoint because it allows me to present differently.

The cost of the plans depends greatly on the browser to ensure the work flows. When the project is very large, it can slow down. It is an advantage to be able to continue working with the zoom and with a huge canvas, but it also compromises the use of a single timeline to execute anything.

Allow to create spectacular presentations with zoom effects to emphasize different themes.

I love its ability to produce VERY quick presentations on general topics.  The animations are cool and it’s easy to replace images.

It’s a little unclear how to edit the animations.

The platform is easy for anyone to view and/or create presentations. Onboarding is simple and support is available when eneded. The pricing is low and provides top performance for our proposals. The movement and zoom navigation make presentations feel more dynamic.

The downside is offline restrictions and limited customization in some areas.

Prezi is helping with easy sharing options. It is also helpful to copy older presentations and refresh them with new products or for new clients. It's a time saver!

It has been difficult for me to justify having the organization use a tool other than powerpoint for presentations. They have become so attached over the years. However, I do think they enjoy it once they get to use it.
