# How do you handle missing page numbers and PDF printing limits in Prezi?

I like Prezi’s design and color options, plus how it gives results from a clue and lets you modify them. It’s helped me save time and create more attractive visuals with a new look, and it works well for online presentations. The downside is that audience members can miss data note details, there are no page numbers, and it can’t be printed to PDF. How are others working around these issues while still keeping the presentation clear for the audience?

Thanks so much for the detailed feedback. I'm glad the design flexibility and AI-generated results are saving you time and making your decks more visually engaging!

To answer your questions:
PDF export: This is actually available. If you click Share (or the hamburger menu), you can select Export to PDF. Each slide becomes a page in the PDF, so it works well for offline sharing, printing, or archiving (note: this is on Plus plan and above). If you tried this and hit an issue, I'd love to hear more so we can look into it.

Page numbers: There's no automatic page numbering yet, but a common workaround is adding a text box with a slide number/label to your template frame, then duplicating it across slides; that way it carries through consistently.

Thanks again for taking the time to share this!
