Obviously in order to like a PrestaShop plugin you have to be at least moderately happy with PrestaShop.  There is a lot to like about the base PS package but there are some shortcomings.  The Exit PopUp definitely helps you to be more satisfied with PS than you would be without it.

The only thing to really dislike has nothing to do with the Exit PopUp but with Prestashop itself.
