# Which connected worker software options are there for safety-focused oil and gas operations where permit-to-work and hazard management need to be digitized?

Ideally: a real permit-to-work and shift-handover workflow, hazard and incident capture, and an audit trail that stands up in a high-risk, regulated environment. These four fit that picture to varying degrees.</p><ul>

The one that matters in a high-risk setting is whether the audit trail survives an actual regulator or safety-auditor review, not whether the feature exists on paper. General EHS strength and true permit-to-work depth don&#39;t always come in the same tool, so the oil and gas-specific experiences are the ones worth waiting for.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
