PredictLeads is a strong private company data source. They offer flexible delivery methods and provide unique datasets on private companies. I really like that they focus entirely on data delivery instead of building a UI, which means all of their attention goes into making the dataset as valuable as possible. Technographic data needs more improvement.

We currently use PredictLeads for their jobs and technology datasets. Their datasets are very comprehensive and they've continuously worked hard on providing more data coverage and also better data quality. The data they deliver is quite useful - we specifically use the following fields for jobs - job titles, descriptions, contract types, and locations, which helps us answer many different types of questions to help us qualifiy leads.

We also use the technology dataset which helps us understand a company's tech stack - we can target companies that use specific CRMs, ERPs, open source tools, and more. The data also contains a scoring field that gives us a confidence level to how likely that technology is being used so we can reduce false positives.

The API is also very easy to use and straight-forward in that most of the time you just need a company domain to retrieve the information.

From the very beginning, their customer support has been extremely responsive, geniune, friendly and helpful. We've had many requests such as asking them to track new technologies, asking them to explain their product more in depth, and even asking them for help when we've exceeded our API requests. I would like for them to have a dashboard with an overview of requests broken down by dataset, timestamp, and status code (including successful and failed requests). This would give us better insights into how we are using their service and how we can rethink our requests. Another feature would be a notification / alert when we pass a certain amount of requests.
