"Simplifies ServiceNow Migrations, but Complex Scenarios Need More Guidance"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Precision Bridge Data Migrator?

I like how Precision Bridge Data Migrator simplifies data migration and reduces manual effort. I value the field mapping and transformation features because they help us prepare legacy data for ServiceNow. It also helps us move data with fewer errors and makes validation easier. I find its structured approach helpful for managing complex migration requirements, and my clients are happy with the time to value it brings. I found the initial setup straightforward, and I’ve been recommending Precision Bridge Data Migrator enterprise-wide at DXC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Precision Bridge Data Migrator?

I could use more examples and clearer explanations for complex migration scenarios, especially step-by-step examples for handling related records, complex data transformations, and failed loads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Archiving and Restoration Together, But Requires a Client-Based Server Install"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Precision Bridge Data Migrator?

I really value the fact that I could set up a reverse for the data I archived. For every job I created to archive data, I also set up a reverse so I could restore that same data again if needed. In previous projects I worked on without Precision Bridge, I found that other software either pays little attention to the restoration process or treats it as something to handle after the fact. With projects like this, when restoration is designed later, you either have to go back through your archiving work to figure out what you did, or the restoration setup ends up not nearly as solid as the original archiving configuration. Precision Bridge helped me handle both at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Precision Bridge Data Migrator?

Precision Bridge requires a client-based installation on a server that I had to provision myself. While I did have the flexibility to choose the server operating system, I would have preferred a more cloud-based solution instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
