**What do you like best about Praiz?**

As a sales manager, what I love most about Praiz is its ability to provide comprehensive insights into our sales calls directly in our CRM. It seamlessly records, transcribes, and analyzes every conversation we have, offering invaluable and accurate data. This allows me to coach my team effectively, identify areas for improvement, and ultimately drive better sales performance

**What do you dislike about Praiz?**

Praiz has seriously impressive AI chops, but it might take a bit to fully tap into its power. Just gotta spend some time getting the hang of it. Once you do, though, it's gonna be worth it—big time!

**What problems is Praiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Praiz, my sales reps were spending around 4-5 hours per week just filling up our CRM after every sales calls. Now, it’s fully automated.

On the leadership and RevOps side, it helps us get full visibility on what’s happening during sales calls. The call data is much more accurate and our reports more advanced.

Overall it has helped all the company because other departments also get very important insights.

**What do you like best about Praiz?**

Praiz is a total ace for product managers like me. Why? It's like having a crystal ball for feature reactions and requests. No need to sift through calls – Praiz does the heavy lifting, serving up all the insights I need to nail down our roadmap priorities.

**What do you dislike about Praiz?**

Currently, my only gripe with Praiz is its limited integration options with our PM stack. But they are currently working on it so let’s see.

**What problems is Praiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a PM, I had to spend hours listen back to sales calls to get product insights from our prospects and customers. With Praiz, I just had to configure my data extraction template and I get all the insights automatically. Plus, the data is much more accurate comparing to what the sales reps declare.

We appreciate Praiz because the tool is easy to use and very intuitive. Our team uses it daily, and Praiz has been a growth accelerator for Beavr.

**What do you dislike about Praiz?**

We would like Praiz to allow the creation of snippets, and now it is possible! Thanks to the responsiveness of their technical team. They adapt to our needs.

**What problems is Praiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Praiz is key to helping ramp up our newly onboarded team. It's also the perfect tool to address continuous coaching of sales teams.

**What do you like best about Praiz?**

Praiz is listening to user feedback and is releasing new features just as I envision the tool to work. Great steps.

**What do you dislike about Praiz?**

I guess the notetaker features could use some updates regarding the language barriers in taking notes.

**What problems is Praiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the challenge in the time of rewatching certain sales calls. With the extension of a summary after each call, this saves me and my team a lot of time.
