Practora Spark is an AI finance teammate for teams using Xero and Slack. It prepares month-end work from ledger data and source documents, including draft bills, proposed journals, formula-backed Excel workpapers, reconciliations, and reporting answers. Users review, edit, approve, or reject each output in Slack while Xero remains the system of record. Spark creates drafts only; posting, paying, and final authorisation stay with named users. It keeps the source evidence, working, reviewer decision, and audit trail together.

What do you like best about Practora Spark?

I find the supplier invoice processing accurate. The treasury, AP & AR updates and reporting useful, and month-end processes like prepayment schedules and aging reviews are seamless and fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the supporting documents are all formula-driven, but it would be even better if I could customise the reporting style to suit my own needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Practora Spark solving and how is that benefiting you?

A capacity problem: I can now do more in less time than before. It invoices accurately, creates workbooks, and handles reconciliations and reporting, which frees up my time for strategic thinking and judgement rather than manual repetitive month end tasks.
