**What do you like best about Poynt?**

Ease of use, very user friendly and the ability to print and email receipts

**What do you dislike about Poynt?**

The bulkiness of the unit and when I want to review my transactions I cannot filter.

**What problems is Poynt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the fashion we use it, it saves me time from data entry and it has been a tremendous cost savings from the other vendor we were using.

**What do you like best about Poynt?**

Once you get your system set up, it is convenient for transactions. They have made it fairly easy to add products (like as to a "register")in the background, like on your computer and it pretty seamlessly links to the "register"(or Poynt machine)

**What do you dislike about Poynt?**

Initial start up was a bit frustrating because the company was just getting going with the format we needed for our company. Many calls, emails and conversations were had to smooth out the rough spots. We couldn't rack past purchases the way we wanted to but I believe the company was customizing it for us.

**Recommendations to others considering Poynt:**

This company wants your business and is so very accomodating to get you want you need and they have a great platform. you have many products to choose from as far as revenue/ sales at your business. We are in the food business and love having a compact chargeable and moveable unit to ring sales and have customers easliy sign for credit cards.

**What problems is Poynt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of transactions, Small portable "register" comes off of charge unit to easily allow customer to sign for their credit card if needed.
