**What do you like best about Positeasy?**

What I love most about Positeasy is its simplicity and clarity. From the moment we started using it, the one-click billing, easy-to-understand dashboard, and QR code ordering made a huge difference in our daily operations. Unlike other restaurant billing software that complicates things or hides features behind expensive plans, Positeasy gives everything upfront at just ₹5,000/- year  no hidden costs, no nonsense. It's truly built for Indian restaurants that want speed, value, and control.

**What do you dislike about Positeasy?**

While Positeasy covers all the essential features, I feel the user interface could be slightly more modern or customisable for branding purposes. Also, third-party integrations like food delivery apps or payment gateways could be expanded in future updates. That said, the support team is responsive and regularly releases improvements, so I’m confident these will be addressed.

**What problems is Positeasy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Positeasy has helped us solve multiple day-to-day issues - from slow billing and manual errors to inventory mismanagement and delayed reporting. Its QR code ordering reduced crowding at the counter, while real-time sales and stock reports helped us stay on top of operations without extra manpower. The biggest benefit? It saves us time, effort, and costs - all while improving our customer experience and team efficiency.

This software is perfect for quick and easy thermal printing. Billing is seamless, with instant response and smooth printer integration. Ideal for shops and counters where speed matters. Highly recommended!
