"Effortless Contact Sharing, Needs Better Compatibility"
3/5
What do you like best about Popl?

I really like Popl's seamless ability to share links compared to traditional cards. It's great for sharing my Zoom and GitHub accounts quickly during interviews, especially when other cards can't provide that functionality. Popl is excellent for helping me share my proof of work, which is super relevant these days. I appreciate how I don't have to worry about keeping precise QR codes or the space they take up, making the sharing process more efficient and visible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Popl?

I think having smartwatch integration would be a great addition. Popl should support NFC-enabled smartwatches to make the sharing process more seamless. This would provide more flexibility compared to just using smartphones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Digital Business Card That Makes Sharing Info Fast and Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Popl?

Popl is useful because it can hold far more information than a regular business card. As a PR professional and contractor, my details change often, and Popl’s design and layout make it simple to swap information in and out quickly depending on the situation. I can easily tailor my title, portfolio links, social media details, and contact info, whereas with other options I’m more limited.

I also appreciate that I’m not forced to pay for every feature right away. Some platforms require full payment upfront before you can really use them, but Popl lets users start with the entry-level tier and then move into the pro plans without feeling pressured.

The app works well and is available when I need it. It doesn't take long to load and already there have been multiple instances where I was able to share information with others quickly without fiddling around trying to pull it up. It was there when I needed it and worked very well as an app.

It's integration with other apps and being able to share your contact card is very helpful and allows me to share info with my audiences on how they can best reach me regarding business matters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Popl?

The lockscreen widget being defaulted to the "On" setting was initially annoying to me as it was distracting having that constantly on my lockscreen and dynamic island. While I appreciate having this feature included in the app and available to me without a subscription, I think it being on as a default is more distracting initially than if users were guided to turning it on and trying it out first to see if they like it. It feels too pushy in my opinion as a user to have it on by default and have it that deeply integrated at the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use, Feature-Rich Platform for Digital Business Cards and CRM Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Popl?

The ease of use and overall the interesting features it covers from digital business cards to CRM integration to lead forms and more. We are just scratching the surface of what we can use the platform for, but are excited to dive further in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Popl?

I don't dislike anything about Popl so far as we are just starting to integrate the features. We are starting with the digital business cards and will go from there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Digital Cards That Keep Connections Alive"
0.5/5
What do you like best about Popl?

I use Popl at every networking engagement instead of a physical business card. I can share more than a paper card, update my links and information, and keep a database of the people I meet so I can get in contact with them. It’s very easy to use and set up, and I’ve never had a problem with it. It’s friendly to use, and I think anybody can do it. I also like that it connects to third-party applications like Hotspot. I can create automated instructions to keep my relationships more alive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Contact Sharing, No Phone Needed"
5/5
What do you like best about Popl?

What I like most is that I don't have to use my phone to find my contacts, and it has everything I need in just the one card or one specific item. I can share my contacts and let other people find me easier without having to physically pull up my contacts on my phone. During busy times, I can just use a physical card and have somebody's phone, and they get all my information and everything they need, without me going through the hassle of pulling my phone out. Anything I need is easily foundable. The initial setup was very extremely easy, and I found everything easy as well. It's been an all around pretty good experience for me. "Popl Makes Networking Effortless with Digital Profiles and CRM Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Popl?

I like how easy Popl makes it to share contact information and capture leads without relying on traditional business cards. The platform helps me stay organized at trade shows, meetings, and networking events by automatically collecting and managing contact details in one place. I also appreciate the professional digital profiles and CRM integrations, which make following up with potential clients and prospects much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Popl?

While I find Popl to be a useful platform overall, I wish some of the advanced features and integrations were included in the lower-tier plans. It can also take some time to fully configure CRM integrations and team settings, especially for larger organizations. Additionally, I would like to see more customizable reporting and analytics options to better track networking and lead generation performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Digital Business Card Out There!"

What do you like best about Popl?

I love how Popl has also evolved to ensure that they stay up-to-date with the business trends, and especially loved their ambassdor program. While I believe the program has ended, it's still nice to know that Popl values its users and wants to reward them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Popl?

For some reason, I'm no longer receiving their newsletter so that's been a bummer but probably something on my end that I need to fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sarah VanVactor of Popl

"Effortless Digital Networking, Though Advanced Features Feel Pricey"
5/5
What do you like best about Popl?

I use Popl for professional networking and sharing my contact information efficiently without business cards. It saves me time, creates a more professional work experience, and streamlines networking. Instead of carrying paper business cards, I can instantly share my contact information, social profile, and business details with my contacts or anyone using a tap or QR code. The initial setup was pretty easy and straightforward, and the platform interface with different media was flawless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Popl?

I find some of Popl’s advanced features a bit pricey for small businesses. I’d like to add users and advanced features as my business grows and needs them, rather than having to upgrade to more expensive plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changer for Spontaneous and Professional Connections"
5/5
What do you like best about Popl?

What I like best about Popl is how easy and seamless it makes exchanging contact information—especially in unexpected, on-the-go situations. During a recent unplanned campus visit, I didn’t have business cards with me, but Popl allowed me to quickly scan a QR code, save someone’s information instantly, and share mine back just as easily.

As a Talent Acquisition professional, I really appreciate the flexibility it offers. The ability to create different “cards” for different audiences (like candidates vs. business partners) is a huge value-add. It’s a modern, efficient alternative to traditional business cards, and it makes networking feel much more streamlined and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Popl?

Since I’m still new to Popl, I haven’t encountered any major issues yet. That said, I did notice that some of the more advanced features—like creating multiple digital business cards for different audiences—are only available with a paid plan. For someone just getting started, it would be helpful to have a bit more access to those features in the free version to fully explore the platform’s potential before upgrading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Cie Goriding of Popl

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Popl! We're thrilled to hear that our platform has made exchanging contact information more seamless and professional for you, especially in spontaneous networking situations. We appreciate your feedback about the advanced features and will take it into consideration for future improvements. We're glad to hear that Popl is solving the challenge of quickly exchanging contact information and providing flexibility in tailoring information for different audiences. We're committed to making networking more efficient and streamlined, and we're grateful for your support as a Talent Acquisition professional.

"Convenient Networking with Room for Free Options"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Popl?

I like that Popl allows me to customize and share specific contact information, including a bio and a picture. I appreciate the ability to share my social media handles and how it facilitates cross-referencing by allowing others to share their contact details back with me. It makes networking quick and easy, eliminating the awkwardness of searching through my bag for a contact. Plus, I can update my information in real-time to keep it current. I also thought the initial setup was pretty easy, as it connected to my already established contact information like my phone number and email address. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Popl?

I don't like the fact that there's a version in which you have to pay for. It seems like Popl is not free. So maybe having a free version, I think, would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
