I like that it allows me to share my professional contact information with new connections easily and without having to carry or share paper. I typically use the Popl app on my phone and new contacts can scan the QR code to get my information directly. I also like the range of information it allows to be added to contact card. Many times, new contacts are not looking for a phone or text number but just an email or social media contact information. I am able to share all of these different things. I like how simple and convenient Popl is to use. I haven’t really had any major issues with Popl, but I’d like more customization options for digital business cards, such as additional layouts, custom fonts, more color choices, better control over where information appears, and more options for custom backgrounds and branding. The clean and simple interface combined with powerful features. Exploring ways to connect to our CRM to automate leads compiling after events. Performance stands good without lag and actions feel brisk. Pricing is reasonable, at USD 7ish. Didn't go through any support / onboarding as features are mostly self-explanatory and straightforward. In the set up process unnoticed the photo/logo/banner preview and actual display once saved differently. This was a bit of a headache since the preview would appear fine and then the actual display would show my profile picture cutting off pertinent parts of the background banner. I would have liked to export the scanned list from my phone via .xls instead of having to log in from the laptop and go to your web page to export via .csv. What I like most about my new Popl digital business card is how easy it makes sharing my contact information. As a Realtor, I’m always meeting new people, and having my business details in one convenient place makes connecting feel effortless. Digital Customization on creating business cards. The ability to add social media handles and other major business identifiers. On a daily basis it allows me to share with clients with one click on the home screen of my phone. Integrating my business card with my social media profiles lets the business service and all in one tool making it super accessible and fast to get to from the lock screen on your device. No searching for paper business card, it makes giving your business information much faster than traditional methods. Definitely worth the money, even though it is a cheap subscription compared to other items, it still removes the need to card something other than your phone with you. I can say that the set up process was extremely easy, and user friendly. I was able to set up and customize my business card in less than 30 minutes. I wish I could bulk-delete contacts as an individual after exporting contacts from an event. From what I understand, I’d need to upgrade to the Team level to do that, but I don’t have a team—it’s just me. Also, there are times when I receive a business card with information on both the front and back, and I’d like to be able to scan both sides into the same file.
