**What do you like best about POPITUP?**

It is designed for marketing purpose. It's interface is user friendly. Some of it's features are Inventory tracking and facebook marketing.

**What do you dislike about POPITUP?**

Everthing seems to be good. It also have all in one complaint dashboard.

**What problems is POPITUP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is benefiting me in terms of customer management. It can also track the user interactions.

It's interface is quite beginner friendly. It is compatible with tools like WordPress and Shopify.

It lacks in personalization. One issue is with website load time.
