The waiting for stream preview is sometimes just a black screen and that lag can be a little frustrating.

The pricing changes can be stressful, especially when we use the service only once a week or so.

I love how Castr allows us to simultaneously publish to multiple livestream platforms without tying up lots of upload bandwidth. It's mostly a set it and forget it experience because it just works. I also appreciate having a livestream recording backup on Castr in case our local recording fails, as I can easily download a full-resolution video file for on-demand or archival purposes. I really appreciate the price, the reliability, and the customer service that Castr offers. I don't like the video import system in Castr's video hosting. It would be convenient to be able to import from services like Dropbox, OneDrive, and Google Drive. Currently, direct import from Dropbox is in beta phase and has issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It used to be the exclusion of accepting multiple currencies for PPV events, but they have now resolved that. Earlier this year we moved to another streaming service, because the Euro currency was not accepted at the checkout for the customer paying for a PPV event. I use Castr because of the multistream and the services for receiving signals and converting them to communicate with other cities. I like the simplicity of the platform and its features. The setup through Castr is much faster than doing it on a personal server. I admire the agility, speed, and quality it provides. Since I switched to Castr, it has been an incredible experience. In my opinion, the multilingual feature should be improved; only English is available, but addressing an international audience, it would be appropriate to have other languages as well. Also, regarding the ticket commissions, it would be appropriate to state that besides those from castr, there are also those from starpi and to what extent they are present.
