**What do you like best about PlayMaker CRM?**

PlayMaker made a huge difference in how our marketing team planned their week and became much more efficient in organizing their contacts.  We now have a plan of attack with a purpose.

**What do you dislike about PlayMaker CRM?**

The desktop version can be a bit cumbersome and has a lot of material to learn so that it can be used efficiently.  The marketing team lean towards using the phone app much more than the desktop version.

**What problems is PlayMaker CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are now way more efficient in our sales calls and not wasting a lot of time driving around in circles.  We now have a plan and if the plan doesn't work out PlayMaker allows us to go in and look for other contacts in the area we can call on.

**What do you like best about PlayMaker CRM?**

I like that I can search doctors/facilities by county and see their insurance payor mix. O also like that I can assign the doctors and facilities to myself.

**What do you dislike about PlayMaker CRM?**

I don't like that the data is not in real time. It is info from a few months prior. For example- when I want to look up which home health company a doctor uses, the info is from months ago.

**What problems is PlayMaker CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me utilize my time better because I can see the payor mix. For example- my company takes medicare. So if that doctor or facility doesn't have a large Medicare population,  I don't waste my time going in there for a cold call.
