They bridged the gap between writing compliance policies and building infrastructure effectively. Their infrastructure-as-code setups and plug-and-play monitoring and alerting dashboards were game-changers for us. I appreciate their proactive methodology, performing rigorous audits and anticipating auditor requirements ahead of time. Their hands-on approach in setting up multi-cloud IAM frameworks, SSO, and robust data encryption made the process smooth. Their accountability and proactive execution act as an extension of our team, managing complex DevOps automation, advanced cloud architecture, and strict security compliance. They provided immense value by saving us months of trial-and-error on our journey to SOC2 and aligning our ISO27001 certifications perfectly with a technical blueprint. Their proactive approach integrates security into our architecture, ensuring all deployments are scanned and compliant, preventing costly re-engineering. I also like how they seamlessly integrated our SSO, 2FA, and IAM frameworks and introduced us to DevOps, DevSecOps, and CI/CD workflows. **What do you dislike about PlatOps Security, LLC?** If I had to pick an area for improvement, it would actually stem from out of their biggest strengths - their execution speed and depth. Because they moved so fast to build our multi-cloud infrastructure and get us ready for SOC2, the sheer volume of new code, automation policies, and DevSecOps workflows they introduced was a lot for our team to absorb at once. While they did a great job setting up everything, I would have liked a bit more structured training or documentation hand-off sessions specifically tailored for our internal engineers. Having a more phased, hands-on knowledge transfer during the final delivery would have helped our team get completely up to speed a bit faster. **What problems is PlatOps Security, LLC solving and how is that benefiting you?** PlatOps Security, LLC set up our infrastructure across AWS and GCP, addressing lack of in-house expertise, tight deadlines, and compliance hurdles.
