The only think I can think is maybe their support ticketing system. Its a little cumbersome. We like something more simple and easy to use. We needed to move our on-premises infrastructure to Microsoft Cloud. They came in and proposed a quote for the entire project. We agreed and they completed the project within a month. The transition went smooth with no major outages. They were fast enough to fix small bugs during the final phase. Highly recommend Cyber Duo if you need IT services. **What do you like best about CyberDuo?** Response time is impressive. We were able to get someone on the phone within 5 minutes. **What do you dislike about CyberDuo?** Can’t think of anything. It gives us freedom being able to access our data from anywhere anytime. Another big benefit is redundancy. We haven’t been down since they moved us to the cloud. ### 9.
