"A very useful tool"

What do you like best about Planless?

Straightforward to use and works well for laying everything out where you can quickly view what's what and who's on a task at a glance, which is perfect for project managers or team leads! The option to view tasks as a timeline, list or kanban is also a bonus. It is also nicely responsive so you can view your tasks on any device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Planless?

The interface can look a little overwhelming at first, although I've not found anything in particular that I dislike as such when using this. Although you can begin with demo data, I didn't find any tour guides or obvious tutorials which would help to ease you into it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Planless?

The fact that it calculates the best plan to deliver work based on my team's skills and availability. From sel ecting the right team member to get a task done on time, to calculating expected deadlines depending on any constraints that pop up along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Planless?

A bit rough around the edges with a few bugs here and there but more than understandable as they're a startup! These things are fixed super fast by their highly reactive team anyways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Still at an early stage, so you can expect some bugs and limitations but nothing major! They’re working on the tool pretty quickly and really take your feedback into consideration. They actually love feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Planless solving and how is that benefiting you?

Significantly improved the accuracy of our project execution. As Planless takes different variables into consideration when distributing workload, the plan is far more accurate and dynamic than me creating the plan manually.
