**What do you like best about Planless?**

Straightforward to use and works well for laying everything out where you can quickly view what's what and who's on a task at a glance, which is perfect for project managers or team leads! The option to view tasks as a timeline, list or kanban is also a bonus. It is also nicely responsive so you can view your tasks on any device.

**What do you dislike about Planless?**

The interface can look a little overwhelming at first, although I've not found anything in particular that I dislike as such when using this. Although you can begin with demo data, I didn't find any tour guides or obvious tutorials which would help to ease you into it all.

**What problems is Planless solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been trialling out Planless to see if it could be a benefit to us when planning projects and keeping track of clients and website builds, as these are things that often get muddled if not overseen carefully.

**What do you like best about Planless?**

The fact that it calculates the best plan to deliver work based on my team's skills and availability. From sel	ecting the right team member to get a task done on time, to calculating expected deadlines depending on any constraints that pop up along the way.

**What do you dislike about Planless?**

A bit rough around the edges with a few bugs here and there but more than understandable as they're a startup! These things are fixed super fast by their highly reactive team anyways.

**Recommendations to others considering Planless:**

Roll with the small issues and bugs as there are some game changing features really developing

**What problems is Planless solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving a problem I didn't know I had: the way I used to plan work for my team. Now that Planless does the planning for me and delivers them with precision, I find myself making better decisions in regard to how we manage work.My team got clarity and focus which leads to much less stress and more productivity.

**What do you like best about Planless?**

How it takes variables like availability and skillset to match tasks to the right people on my team.  I can be sure that my team is working on what they do best and know exactly how to move work forward.

**What do you dislike about Planless?**

Still at an early stage, so you can expect some bugs and limitations but nothing major! They’re working on the tool pretty quickly and really take your feedback into consideration. They actually love feedback.

**What problems is Planless solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Significantly improved the accuracy of our project execution. As Planless takes different variables into consideration when distributing workload, the plan is far more accurate and dynamic than me creating the plan manually. Eliminating a lot of time that was spent figuring out the right path for each project.

**What do you like best about Planless?**

The fact that you can simulate different scenarios and have a detailed understanding of how it will impact the overall plan. From adding a new team member to understanding how future projects will be distributed.

**What do you dislike about Planless?**

Nothing worth mentioning, the tool is pretty good all ready and excited to see where they take it.

**What problems is Planless solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planless has really changed the way I plan work. Only after using it was I able to truly see how the way we plan work is outdated and inaccurate. Causing us to make decisions based on assumptions and not real data.

Super easy to use and integrate -  What I love is you are able to import from most todo list

integration should be bi-directional so it is easy to input work or tasks in planless

Easy to use and integrates with all the tech stack we use in the team:  project management, planning and tracking.

**What do you dislike about Planless?**

Cost per user is a little big high going up to 20k for less than 250 seats.

**Recommendations to others considering Planless:**

Consider that the pricing is a little bit high mind the amount of users you onboard in the tool to efficient budget.

Having one single view of all possible scenarios.

Too many pop-up windows during the initial tool usage. Users are educated. No need to over-teach!

The possibility of not having to plan the activities all over again when something changes.

The deployment is not something easy. For planless to work as it should, it will take a while for you and your team.

Planless helps in a mechanical problem of task distribution. Project managers could benefit the most from it, especially in big teams.
