**What do you like best about Plan2Lead?**

As a bishop, this tool helps me and my ward council stay organized, plan ahead, and collaborate more effectively. It’s also been awesome for youth presidencies, making it easier for them to coordinate and work together.

**What do you dislike about Plan2Lead?**

I wish the church made an official app that synced with LCR.

**What problems is Plan2Lead solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One great advantage of Plan2Lead is how it tracks various callings—showing where each one is in the process and who is assigned to the next step. It helps ensure we don’t miss anything and keeps the whole workflow clear and organized.
