**What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?**

Reasonably affordable and very easy to setup and use. Implemented quickly with very little assistance. Very intuitive to use. Custom fields work great and by far the best part of the product is the relationship between company, deal, and people records--far better than almost every other CRM I looked at. Makes reporting very strong. Also love the ability to do simple bulk personalized marketing email campaigns directly from the product. While the application lacks some functionality that we would like, it is very strong in other areas. Ease-of-use is a key benefit as is the intuitive way the system works. The core functionality and workflow mirrors our business very well. The addition of multiple sales cycles has been awesome. We don't use task assignment functionality but could be useful in the future. Reporting capability is also very strong with the ability to reconfigure reports with a few simple clicks. Also really appreciate the effort to update the product. New features are introduced at a steady rate. Lastly, customer support is always friendly and as helpful as they can be. Love working with this product--very often the application has the ability to do what I want to do, or easily create new fields that will accomodate our needs.

**What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?**

Dislike is too strong of a word. There are deficiencies as with any product. Trade-offs. Like many of the affordable CRMs, there is a lack of true full integration with other products--or at least the ones we need.  We really wanted easy two-way integration with our customer support ticketing system and also QuickBooks (sharing customer records and ticket info for example). We still have separate applications and multiple databases (e.g. multiple places store customer information). Additionally, it would be nice if there was more formal  document management functionality.

**Recommendations to others considering Pipeline CRM:**

We reviewed over 50 CRMs. Pipeline CRM is just an all around good application and the company is great to work with. We wanted a solid CRM with at least some marketing campaign management capability, and with a reasonable amount of flexibility to adapt to our business. We do not have an overly complicated business and did not want an overly complex CRM. At their price point range, Pipeline was by far our favored option. We are paying $49/user annually and have 7 users. We will likely add 5 more over time.

**What problems is Pipeline CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First, we needed to replace an old and functionally limited CRM. PipelineDeals is a huge improvement over our old system. We wanted something with good record structure and easy to use custom fields. PipelineDeals is strong in this area. Second, we wanted a CRM that our sales team would use. Biggest problem with all CRMs. Happy to say, the team likes the system and regularly uses it to help them manage their opportunities. The mobile app helps a lot with this and works well. Third, we needed a simple platform to do marketing email campaigns. This required a strong interaction between customer, deal, and people records. Very happy with how this has worked out. Great functionality and quick and easy to use.

The best part about this CRM is that it is affordable, easy to set up and use, the custom field works excellently, and the best part is the relationship between the company and deals . Moreover, it is a more comprehensive tool than Hubspot,

There is nothing that is disliked about this toll. The only thing that is dislike is its pricing which are higher than others tools.Rest tool is moving in right direction.

**What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?**

My team and I use the email integration and deal flow management to manage large quantities of sales contacts on our sales team. It  is a more comprehensive tool than Hubspot, which we previously used.

**What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?**

The UI of Pipeline Deals is not very user-friendly, in my opinion. It took me a lot of "playing around" to figure out the workflow and different views available for me to use.

**What problems is Pipeline CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sales team switched to Pipeline Deals from Hubspot, primarily for the deal-tracking capability (i.e. the ability to keep front and center the $$$$ we are collectively working toward.)

**What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?**

We like and need the capabilities that the Salesforce CRM provides; however, we ONLY need those capabilities for our Marketing and Sales departments.  We do not require a full enterprise suite of services.  After reviewing all of the Cloud-based CRM services available, it became clear to us that PLD provided everything we wanted and needed from Salesforce but at a fraction of the cost, and with a far more simple, user-friendly, intuitive 'out of the box' interface and experience.   While considering Salesforce as our CRM solution, we realized that we were going to have to hire a Salesforce Specialist to help us 'set up' or tailor the Salesforce interface for our culture and needs.  This was a huge additional cost and a large 'time suck'.  PLD came out of the box with very little tailoring required and allowed us to hit the ground running and apply its CRM capabilities immediately.  The shortlist of attributes that we were looking for and received from PLD were as follows: 1) Cloud Based  2) Mobile Phone App interface with automatic phone mapping capabilities making it easy to find the next appointment on the go. 3) Interface with our Email client allowing us to maintain an email history germane to each client or Deal. 4) A good 'Tickler System' for timely follow ups and keeping track of all opportunries.  5) A very intuitive means for organizing Companies, Contacts, Deals and associating the right people with each Deal. 6)  Good tools for organizing and viewing the CRM data base and Pipeline is a variety of customized ways.  7). Many more....

**What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?**

It would be nice if it was easier to organize Mass Email lists and campaigns.

It has been a good CRM tool for us for several years.  I can't imagine managing our Sales and Marketing efforts without it.

**What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?**

Hands down ... ease of use. I was able to be up and running within minutes, and within a day or two, I was about 90% proficient in using it. It allowed me to enter and modify my teams deals/forecast without having to read anything, and even reports are easy to create, modify and execute instantaneously.

**What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?**

I have no complaints but you will need to talk to my accounting dept regarding price. For something this good, pricing might be an issue.

**Recommendations to others considering Pipeline CRM:**

Try it ... give it a day or two, and I am quite sure you will be sold on it.

**What problems is Pipeline CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since we are independent reps, we have principals  that require constant updates and reports. Pipeline Deals allows me to create reports with different variables on the fly as long as the data is in the system. I also need to do commission reports for my sales team, and I was pleasantly surprised that I can track it and send it to my team within a minute or two. And finally, because it is web based, I never have to worry about computers being down or CRM compatibility issues with Windows or IOS or whatever.

**What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?**

The most valuable part of PipelineDeals is the Reports and Deals functionality. The Reports that PLD provide allow us to view daily, weekly, and monthly numbers for each team member and our team as a whole. The Deals functionality of PLD was a gamechanger for our company. PLD was the one CRM we found most valuable that was centered around deals that made sense for our B2B company. We don't work with just one client, there's entire teams (internally and externally) that are a part of one large project. The way we can organize and label deal details is very valuable for us!

**What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?**

I don't know that I could say there are any downsides to using PipelineDeals. My least favorite thing about PipelineDeals is the Email Inbox functionality. This is where you can connect your email inbox to PLD. It really just creates a mess for our organization and people because we have such a large amount of emails and information.

**What problems is Pipeline CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business problems that have found solutions within PipelineDeals include the following.
Problems: unorganized tracking and reporting of projects (deals), project/sales managers not being held accountable for client follow-up, unknown client sources, old database information that was hard to update.
Solutions: Organization of reporting and tracking of all projects (knowing how long they take, where they came from, and latest updates), project/sales managers being held accountable for their leads and projects (managers can see task lists and latest activities for our team), knowing the source of all clients/projects (being able to know precisely how many people were from which trade show), we now have a database that is easy to update and know when information is old (you can google a person in one click if you have a hint they've left the company they work for - you can see bounced emails through our Mailchimp integration).

**What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?**

Pipeline is economical for a small business. I used maybe 10% of its 'brain'. It has many features I've never tried. Because it is Cloud-based I can access it anywhere. Customer Support is much more competent and responsive than almost any other business I have dealt with. I also love that it links with MailChimp so it is very easy to send out client and prospect mailings. When I add a new lead or client to Pipeline they are automatically added to my MailChimp list.

**What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?**

The super annoying auto-correct on this review platform which is trying to teach me how to write and communicate after creating ad copy for 45 years.

**Recommendations to others considering Pipeline CRM:**

Go for it. Inexpensive and very useful. As with any product expect an initial learning curve frustration. But it will soon pass as you become familiar.

Pipeline permits me to have all my client records and data stored in an easy to use format that is accessible anywhere. Every document or image relating to every client is stored conveniently. It makes it easier to run my business and service my customers.

Sales professional can do Consistent follow-up and start with creating contact, lead until the deal get closure. We can also save a notes MOM. Befor going to have a call with prospect. We can have a look on the MOM saved notes in the CRM.

**What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?**

We are able to save and import the leads in only CSV. Pipeline CRM will not accepting and allowing to import as excel file in the CRM.

As a sales person, it is very tough for managing customer stage. We can add each and every customer's move in the CRM itself. It also helps to track the salesperson performance.

Phone support on both coasts for good weekday coverage by very knowledgeable staff....having had Pipeline for 7 years have found it completely reliable on functionality.....Additional training always available.....very easily customizable....very helpful with integrations...
offers features needed for small business  and does not have bad learning curve...we went through several bigname crms before Pipeline....terrible experience.

Some Saturday phone support would be nice....an esign service, though we may be ok with their Paycove integration esign feature...

The sales funnel feature that shows all of the won revenue, deals wons/deals lost.

The fact that there's a disconnect between the leads themselves and the account that they're on. Only in the sense that I cannot assign a task to a lead and see their progress/work (per call or per email task) on their lead page. I can only see what tasks have been done for a particular lead when I click on the account and scroll through Activity.

I am solving the problem of keeping an accurate/live database on a lead or account. I have realized that as much as I had my doubts about switching over from Salesforce to Pipeline when I switched sales jobs, there's really not THAT much that I can distinguish in terms of better/worse functionality between the two. Both are fairly equal and useful in the eyes of a BDR

Having humans answer the telephone! Whenever there is a problem. Just give them a call.  Rest assured, you will be speaking with a technician within minutes who can assist you with any issue you may have! 
Having used every CRM on they market, there is absolutely nothing in the market that compares.

What I like the most is that it offers a pleasant and very intuitive user experience, it can be adapted in the best way to my needs and tastes since it is really customizable and easy to configure, it is beneficial for monitoring projects, I can take The order of our sales portfolio is perfect for organizing the workflow, I love the OFFERS section, I like it because I can also manage my clients and potential clients, I can create custom departments of companies, clients and offers, it is easy to export data for sales reports.

The reminder system is not the most optimal, but the software has very few negative aspects.

**What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?**

I love being able to adjust notes I've previously entered in the system. In my last position, I had a CRM that would not allow you to adjust a prior entry and it led to a convoluted system with multiple entries for one conversation. PipelineDeals allows the flexibility to enter now and adjust later which is a life saver for a sales rep that's constantly being pulled in a million directions.

**What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?**

I'm still working on figuring out how to adjust the criteria for a starred lists but I think that's just a personal shortcomings when it comes to technology, but this would be the only minor drawback I've run into in two years of using pipelinedeals.

In my business, there's a ton of data entry as I'm working with quite a bit of data entry so pipelinedeals has been a big help in allowing me to segment my thoughts and stay organized from case to case.

**What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?**

Pipeline is good in many ways. It keeps all my leads together. It helps me be organized. And that’s huge. However there are some things that are frustrating. I’m always in a hurry to get things done. And some things in Pipeline take longer than they used to. A lot more clicks. The calendar to set up events for instants. I do not like how it’s set up. So many clicks. And there shouldn’t be year dates behind the year that were in. There shouldn’t be a 2020 2019 2018 and on. I like the old way that you could set up appointments. Also when I’m at the actual calendar and I see all my leads from day today…If I didn’t get all my leads done that day I could just simply drag it to the next day or drag it down to the next week. Recently something changed and it’s much more difficult to do that. It’s slow.  A Very slow process. I know this is sounding more like a complaint, but it is a review I guess. I like some parts but there are a lot of parts I don’t like about Pipeline. Improvements needed.

no longer searching for leads in huge paper piles.  I can just search for them in pipeline.  I can upload files, estimates, maps anything that helps me understand where i'm at with a family.

**What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?**

Pipeline is an easy-to-use and highly customizable platform.  It's easy to manage for people who aren't too technical and just need a place to log a bit of information, but it has powerful tools for people like me who want to tweak, adjust, analyze, and customize the experience.  Sending mass e-mails is super simple, too.

**What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?**

Sometimes it can be challenging if you have a contact who is involved in many deals, especially when people are cc'd in on the e-mail. They'll get logged in the wrong places, and it takes some time to fix it.

I also wish there was an opportunity to send e-mails with a traditional attachment instead of a download link.  Many people aren't technical enough to cope with this, sadly.

Pipeline helps me keep my deals organized and on time.  It lets me see what's happening in real-time, including when prospects open and interact with my e-mails.

**What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?**

We had a change request regarding how required drop-down fields are handled. A few days later, Pipeline CRM already implemented our feature request.
The system is quick and easy to set up; there are much more ways of customizing (esp. with custom fields) as with competitor software we used before.
There are continuous smart improvements. Their way of dealing with lists is truly smart and flexible. It is easy to generate a list of costumers based on different criteria, like when you have been last in contact, job roles or tags. I like their open API so you are able to connect your essential accounts like gmail and even mailchimp for marketers. In a sales org, I only realy leveraged the gmail integration but it was all you needed!

I don't like the dashboard default view with their traffic light system. I think it is a good idea, but from a birds-eye viewoint I believe that having a three-color system is too simple for such a complex sales cycle. It should be more like five colors if they stick with a color scale.

It has a clean interface that is excellent, it is also very customizable, its use is simple and it is easy to set tasks and keep track of clients, I really like that I can see and follow the activity history and follow emails, I love that I can configure the console "offers" and it is beneficial to use, I love how tasks are ordered chronologically, I love that I can categorize and prioritize tasks through color-coding, it is perfect for keeping everything organized, updating is easy, integrates well with QuickBooks, searching is made effortless thanks to the activity timeline.

The calendar doesn't sync reoccurring appointments with google calendar.  The fields for the address do not auto-populate from a central address book.  I'm always looking up zip codes.
It should be able to pull customer information from other apps like basecamp or QuickBooks.  It doesn't.  The calendar appointment details do not hold formating and turn into one continuous paragraph when viewing.

**What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?**

Pipeline is easy to use, helps me organize my day and put all my communications in one place, so that I don't have to try to remember them.

**What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?**

The only downside is some of the recent changes.

**What problems is Pipeline CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me keep up with my potential clients in a way that makes sense.  I have been told that I am the best in the business and I am grateful to pipeline for helping me get there.

The ease to use. It is very intuitive and packed with information to provide very quickly.

I cannot think of anything I dislike at this time.

We are tracking sales between each salesperson.
