This Digital Asset Management software (DAM) is not only cost-effective for remote teams, but it allows you to set up the folder system the way you want to do business. It is time-consuming and tedious, depending on how many assets you are trying to host. If you have a lot of assets, you will need to create your folder structure ahead of time and then categorize by keyword each asset as you upload it. You may process assets in any order or create folder structures on the fly. But it will take time to upload everything you have. But this would be the case with any DAM you were using.
