I love that Piano Analytics is very easy to use, which allows me to quickly and simply find my statistics, unlike other tools on the market. The Piano interface seems too simple and intuitive at first glance, which gives the illusion of a tool accessible to everyone, whereas it requires real technical expertise and skills in web analysis for data interpretation. Consequently, access is widely distributed to non-specialists who misuse dimensions/properties, create approximate reports, and interpret metrics in their own way, which subsequently discredits the analysts' reports. The Sunburst Piano is too hard to use. The viewing tunnels are "closed" with no possibility of creating "open" tunnels.
