  ### 1. Worst implementation ever and nonfunctional

**What do you like best about Personify?**

Nothing. Most of the users were never trained and there fore have no idea how to use the system and there is no logical way to put in a support ticket.

**What do you dislike about Personify?**

Project teams dont know how to QA
Cant get timely help from them to solve a problem
Lack professional implementation processes and planning

**Recommendations to others considering Personify:**

don't go for the cheapest solution go for track record performance

**What problems is Personify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personify has not done a good job at all for our site which is a veterans organization. We are using it for renewals and new membership. They never did a good QA before going live a year ago and we are still having problems. Things like 2 factor authentication not working, difficult to sign up and difficulty trying to link your email to your self-service account. I would not recommend this solution to anyone
I could go on forever on the issues but I think you get the just of this.

I liked that it is very user-friendly easy to use

I didn't like that there was not a lot of flexibility in what you could complete
