It’s super easy to use, fast, and made training new staff a breeze. Orders flow smoothly from front to back of house, and the real-time reports give us great insight into sales and operations. Customer support has been excellent—quick to respond and genuinely helpful. We’ve tried other POS systems in the past, but Peppr is by far the most reliable and intuitive. It’s extremely user friendly and the tech support team is readily available for you any time you call, which is a huge bonus in my opinion. **What do you dislike about Peppr Restaurant POS?** There is nothing I dislike about this POS system. There are some areas where the kinks are being worked out, but they take all the constructive criticism into consideration and very thankful for any input. **What problems is Peppr Restaurant POS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cutting the cost in several areas to have a POS system.
