What do you like best about PDF Architect?

I particularly appreciate the ability of PDF Architect to merge individual scanned PDF files into a complete document and then sort and organize the pages. I like the easy handling and the various practical options for editing PDF documents. Additionally, I find it helpful that the program offers the ability to print from other programs, especially with special programs that do not have this function. What do you dislike about PDF Architect?

Occasionally - not very often - the program needs to be restarted. This happens even though the hardware is up-to-date and well-maintained. What is not yet entirely clear is how the program, or rather the license, can also run on one's own laptop without causing any limitations on the main PC used. "Efficient PDF Management with Seamless Usability"

What do you like best about PDF Architect?

I find PDF Architect easy to use, which is really important for me. I mainly use it to separate pages from documents and merge documents, and it definitely speeds up the process. Everything's been pretty intuitive, and I've been able to create forms just fine when I do it every once in a while. The setup process was easy, and while there was a small learning curve, once I figured it out, it was pretty smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PDF Architect?

You have so many choices in the PDF software world. I’ve tried a number of alternatives to the big guys and ended up paying for PDF Architect.

It just works.

It does what I need with PDF documents—create, edit, combine/remove/add pages.

Print to PDF. Connects and attaches the PDF file straight to Outlook for emailing.

What do you dislike about PDF Architect?

I love the many different things I can do with PDF Architect, especially merging, compressing, and splitting files. The ability to compress larger files makes it easy to send them to customers. The way you do certain things has, in the past, been sometimes less intuitive than it could be, but this has certainly improved over time.
