**What do you like best about PC Repair Tracker?**

Very easy to use and get the "flow" of if you are a new user.  PCRT has been an invaluable tool in running my repair shop.

**What do you dislike about PC Repair Tracker?**

Lack of thorough documentation.  Videos are helpful but don't explain everything.  The user forum is a bit lacking and inactive.

**What problems is PC Repair Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a complete service history in a web-based app is incredibly helpful.  I used to keep all info in folders and Word docs.  The time saved by having almost everything I need in this app is immense.

Support credit card, attachments, install in cloud or local server with total data control.

Installation of the service and little technical service.

**What problems is PC Repair Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Installation on my local server to save system costs and have control of all my data.
