The only thing I don’t like is when something doesn’t reconcile perfectly. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, it takes a bit of digging to track down the cause. Still, it’s nothing out of the ordinary for a seasoned accountant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were running manual transactions prior to Paystand which was inefficient and left us blind to transaction approvals. Now our customers can pay any time of day, and we know next day when transactions have been processed. It has also saved us money on credit card transactions by allowing us to add a service fee when that option is chosen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Paystand is how easily it can be tailored to our company’s needs. When we worked with Paystand, their team let us adjust whatever we wanted, right down to the logos and colors. That flexibility was especially helpful for my company, since we’re very particular about presentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One downside of using Paystand is dealing with multiple subsidiaries. We have clients from different subsidiaries using our system, and their payment information has to be stored separately within each subsidiary. For example, if they’re paying an LA invoice but only have a NY account on file, we have to create a new account for them; otherwise, their payment information won’t load. I really appreciate how easy Paystand makes it for cash customers to pay online using a link and see their invoice balance. It's also great that I can simply send a payment link to a customer and then get notified when the payment is received. Another thing I like is that Paystand integrates easily with NetSuite and automates the recording of customer payments, which is a big help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish they would make it easier to send customer payments from the Paystand portal to NetSuite with a CSV upload, instead of having to record them individually. Also, the setup wasn't as smooth as expected, though the implementation team was good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Excellent integration with NetSuite allows transactions to flow with no manual intervention. We were able to customize our invoice form to include a payment link. The customer can choose from multiple payment options. Their payment is automatically recorded in Netsuite and the deposit record is automatically created when the payment clears. Even the bank reconciliation flows through an automated process so we literally do not have to touch the transaction.

Processing fees have to be set up manually as a percentage of the transaction amount and then assigned by customer, rather than being passed through automatically based on the specific fee for each card type, transaction, and customer location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall, it saves a lot of time in AR and helps prevent manual errors. Those are my two favorite things about it. It’s a great tool, but it’s not perfect. I am only a user, I wasn't part of the negotiations nor I know the price the company pays for it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integration with certain banks can be problematic. While some of these issues have been ironed out, a few banks are still causing problems, even after more than a year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
