**What do you like best about Payroc?**

My manager and his team provides good customer service. Any issue arise, they are quick to resolve and quick to address any potential issues as well.
The system is user friendly and any upgrades are done smoothly. I use payroc all the time and appreciate that all features are pratically on the home screen. When they had to upgrade my system, it was an easy integration with payroc and ajera and implementing any new features was done behind the scene which did not interfere with my work.

**What do you dislike about Payroc?**

There is nothing I dislike about payroc.

**What problems is Payroc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not had any actual issues with Payroc or any pending issues.

**What do you like best about Payroc?**

Payrco is the best Payment Solution Provider for various e-commerce companies, Payroc is safe and secure and it's fast, Integrating Payroc to various website backends is so easy and maintainable

**What do you dislike about Payroc?**

Providing a solution is not enough if you can't provide good and fast support to the users, Payroc support takes time to respond, and also payroc CRM sometimes is confusing to use

**What problems is Payroc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had a dropshipping business and I was using Shopify to make my store, while integrating i used Payroc, Payroc solves a ton of headache by implying the payment processing doing each and everything to make payment secure and fast
