The customer support is very bad and exhausting. The chats are not being replied to. mails takes weeks to get answered. It completely messes up with peoples schedule 2. Comparing to other payment gateways, the fee they get from us is a bit high 3. There is no way to track what transactions were included in a particular payouts. no ids help us with it 4. the currency conversion happens after a transaction is made, and again no way to know which transaction's conversion happened as again no ids or anything can be used as reference 5. There is no separate api for refunds or payouts or anything, its all in transaction, which makes it difficult to pull out data and separate **What problems is PayPal Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?** The event code usage made the mapping easier. ### 44.
