**What do you like best about Paymode?**

Reducing   checks,   streaming process,   saves  overhead  costs,   payments get to vendors quickly,   works well with Yardi,   fairly  easy  to  use.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

Ach takes too long to get to vendor, vendors don’t want to pay fees for premium ach, Inability to see vendors info in order to verify the correct paymode account is linked to our vendor. And they do not use tax ids to do their vendor matching, Very difficult to set up banks and properties.  SX needs tier 2 right away.  We know the tier 1 support and we are pushed to tier 1

**What do you like best about Paymode?**

I use Paymode for invoice and payment processing, and I find that it makes the processes more streamlined, with invoices and payments being processed quickly. I like being able to find information on a payment or invoice quickly, and all of the details are shown and easy to find. This feature is valuable because I can inform our team or vendors quickly when they have a question about an invoice or payment, which frees up time for other tasks throughout the day. The initial setup of Paymode was fairly easy with a lot of support from the Paymode team.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

Being able savings filters when running reports would be helpful. Also, when looking up payments, the timeline box is difficult to follow and could be more clear. I would suggest enhancing the platform so that we can save filter tabs so that we can run the same report over and over. Also, the timeline box shows steps out of order and is unclear.

**What problems is Paymode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paymode streamlines invoice and payment processing, making them quicker. I can find payment or invoice details easily, which helps inform our team or vendors swiftly and frees up my time for other tasks.

The ability to integrate with our ERP as well as access to our vendors for payments. The ability to know that Paymode can be our one true source for all our AP related questions is also an added bonus.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

There are some things that can be improved such as payment processing times, error handling, and bank validation for check payments to match our ERP system.

**What problems is Paymode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paymode is solving our manual check challenge when it comes to vendors who prefer a physical check payment.

We also value the ability to make payments via ACH so our vendors can be paid in a timely manner.

**What do you like best about Paymode?**

I use Paymode for invoice indexing and approval routing. I appreciate that it automatically routes and saves images, which makes things a lot easier. It's a user-friendly platform, which is a big plus for me. I also like the email upload feature for when vendors have trouble uploading invoices. It's a helpful tool in those situations.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

Customer service tickets are not well responded to. I have been told by CSR there is a limit on the time they are allowed at help on any certain ticket. Some tickets never get a response. Time limits on assistance or non-response. This leaves vendors frustrated with the platform. Not as smooth as expected.

**What problems is Paymode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Paymode to automatically route and save images, making invoice indexing and approval routing easier.

**What do you like best about Paymode?**

When it works it is easy, quick, and efficient. It’s easy to track payment history to vendors and estimated receipt dates. Makes getting payments out without having to stuff checks.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

The constant focus on the bottomline at the expense of the customers and to the additional frustration of us the clients. There is an ambivalence to Basic ACH suppliers evident in the information provided them despite the fact that a favorable experience for them would heighten client loyalty. In the immediate future and long run.

**What problems is Paymode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have one person processing payments for 200 entities.  That person has much more to do than just AP, so we don’t have time to process in-house check runs for all the payments. Paymode handling that is massive.

I find Paymode valuable as it easily files, stores, and codes invoices. Searching for invoices is simple, making things easy to find. Issuing and approving payments is easy, and I no longer have to issue physical checks. I also appreciate that setting up vendors with Paymode is simple. Learning the software was relatively intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

When searching for payments in Paymode, especially the bank reconciliation reports, I have to re-run the report every time I click on a specific payment. I wish you could bounce back and forth.

I use Paymode for Business to Business payments, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other transactions. It streamlines accounting and payments to different vendors in an efficient and automated process. I like the efficiency and the premium ACH feature. All our vendors and clients are already using Paymode, which makes transactions easier by completing them on one platform. I like everything about the platform. The initial setup was really easy with the assistance of the customer service AI.

I like everything about the platform, the customer service could be a little faster.

I really like the flexibility Paymode offers with the different approval trees, which has given us more visibility in our payment processes. The customer service is free, and I've had very few issues with it. The initial setup was pretty smooth even though we had a few issues at the beginning that were all worked out in the first couple of months. Overall, it's a pretty good product.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

I have very issues with pay mode, nothing really at this point l.

Paymode helps us with our workflows, approval processes, and makes getting invoices in our system and payments more efficient. It also provides visibility into our payments and lets us see what comes next in approvals.

Paymode processes my vendor  payments online for our department . Paymode is easy for me to access and approve the vendor payments in a timely manner.

The past difficulties that have arisen with the devotions and with vendor payments on virtual cards and their return. Not timely or easily accomplished

The system provides secure payment processing. Most of the functions are intuitive and user-friendly, and it doesn’t take much effort to get comfortable using it. It’s also easy to train new users on the system.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

As far as payment processing, our vendors do not want to be charged to receive their payments.  It has been a struggle getting them off of virtual cards.  Also getting vendors set up on basic ACH has been difficult for some vendors.

Capture looks promising; however, to be truly beneficial, it needs more. Specifically, it should be able to use our allocations and learn which workflows to apply.

I like Paymode for its ability to process invoices in a timely manner and its research capabilities, especially the vendor remittance reports. These features are helpful for tasks like draw requests and vendor reconciliation payments.

The vendor onboarding process is a bit of a hassle because not all our vendors are automatically targeted to all payment elections, with most defaulting to virtual cards. It would be better if our vendors had the freedom to choose their payment methods.

I am excited about the Capture feature in Paymode and how it will reduce the number of invoices going into the exception queue. This means we'll spend a lot less time indexing invoices. Additionally, Paymode allows vendors to enter their invoices, which will speed up invoice processing.

Job coding can be improved. Perhaps have a section to enter job coding information in more detail.

The coding process is still requires manual work. And the payment process for ACHs still take longer than what it suppose to do. The fees on vendors are annoying and breaking relationship somewhat.

It's less glitchy compared to the software we used before, and I find it more user-friendly, making it easier for me to navigate. The initial setup was a breeze, and we were able to self-install without any issues. Anytime we needed assistance, it was always available, which is great.

I really like the feature in payment that provides accessibility to either reject, resend the card payment, or send a reminder. It's a feature I appreciate. Paymode helps automate processes and makes my life more efficient.

I've had some issues with the connect activity of vendors to their correct payment vendors. Also, there are problems with some of the foreign payment naming conventions, and I currently have open tickets on those items.

Integration with the accounting software and easiness to use. Paymode is also a performing way of payment and has an efficient customer support team. AI enabled, it offers more advanced future for automatizing payments.

I would say the pricing for the usage is not much competitive comparing to other similar software. I would need to have a comparative analysis to support or cancel my answer.

there is nothing I dislike about paymode so far as it has been very useful for both personal and professional matters when it comes to invoicing and auto-pay set up

there is nothing I dislike about pay mode. I have only had positive experiences using it since we started working with them. I would say the support could be a little better.

I like the reporting and the visibility into payments. Processing checks, stuffing envelopes, and handling postage also saves time and money. Overall, I’m happy with most of Payless’s processes.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

Vendor onboarding and the available payment options have been a sticking point for my vendors. Not having the ability to better support “our” vendors through that process is frustrating. I’m hoping this gets addressed, with a smoother and easier process in the future.

My team no longer has to spend time stuffing envelopes for check runs and postage, which makes our process faster, safer, and less prone to fraud. That’s been the biggest bonus so far.

I don't think any of the features are at all impressive or functional. It's somewhat confusing, if anything, and extremely frustrating when you're trying to solve a problem like getting your transfers to your bank correctly when you've made an error and it takes days for someone to review it. By that time, they've sent the payment back to the payee. Horrible customer service. Customer service agents are very nice, but they're based in India. They have no idea what's going on.

We only know that this occurs when a vendor reaches out asking us why we rejected them.

**What do you like best about Paymode?**

The platform is easy to use. You just log in and view your remittances. 
The funds are deposited right into your account. They send a notification when a payment arrives so there is no guessing and only have to log in to view your payments.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

They have fees. I dont like to pay to receive money that is owed.  They have an extra secure website and have to jump through hoops to get logged in. Have to give your cell number to get a code on login every single time. And they make you change your password all the time.

**What problems is Paymode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company only receives payments from others who have opted to pay in that way. ACH is how this works. Its a simple way to get funded without having to wait for checks and then going to the bank.

Approving and Paying invoices are a necessary evil for every company.  Paymode makes it "easy". Multiple ways to get invoices into the system.  Easy workflows. Great payment options from paper check, ACH or credit card.  They are a great business partner to boot.

**What do you dislike about Paymode?**

Bottomline owned Paymode and they are integrating Nexus Payables/Connect.   It has been a rocky road, but things are coming together.  Anyone starting now will miss all of the integration  growth pains.

Our department’s current system involves using Nexus in cutting manual checks in house and stuffing envelopes, so what’s not to like about integrating Paymode? I am looking forward to migrating over to take advantage of electronic payments and having the service be the ones to sign up vendors.

I am transitioning from user to user/administrator so I haven’t been exposed to a lot of the pain points yet.
