I like that PayHOA allows us to handle invoicing directly through the software. It's also great to keep track of communications we send out, including seeing if emails have been received, opened, and if links within them have been clicked. The new voting feature is pretty good too, letting us vote for board members or changes to our CC& Rs. Another thing I appreciate is the ability to store key documents all in one central location, making administration tasks much more manageable. We had great support from the software provider, and the initial setup was fairly easy.
