The ability to send mass emails, texts, and messages is very helpful. Email tracking and auditing are useful, and the financial integration works well. I also like that residents can pay online using multiple payment methods. Managing violations is straightforward, and saving custom templates is easy. Pricing is reasonable especially when compared to other similiar software suites. Support is good so far, onboarding was helpful. I am not pleased with the AI intelligence. It is helpful at times, but is often wrong more than it is right. It seems that Payhoa, once up and running, will take some workload off of the volunteer board.
