**What do you like best about Partners4Results?**

When the product works, it works well. Our teachers use it to quickly and easily scan in tests and get them grades.

**What do you dislike about Partners4Results?**

We've had some issues with their support team. A few times they have updated FQDN or IP addresses and we've had to adjust at the last minute to keep things working. They have also changed scan paths without telling us that resulted in some aggravating support sessions.

**Recommendations to others considering Partners4Results:**

Make sure you have support on the phone to get everything set up. The support tech is helpful and got us up and running pretty quickly once we identified issues (on both our end and their end).

**What problems is Partners4Results solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A few times they have updated FQDN or IP addresses and we've had to adjust at the last minute to keep things working. They have also changed scan paths without telling us that resulted in some aggravating support sessions. That being said their support is pretty good at digging through logs with us to get the issue fixed and get us back up and running. The service works pretty well when everything is working correclty.

**What do you like best about Partners4Results?**

Partners4Results has worked with our district and listened to our feedback to provide us with a customized solution that meets the districts needs. New features have been continuously rolled out through feature updates. They are very flexible and provide a great level of support. We have formed a long time partnership with their team to continually support our growing needs.

**What do you dislike about Partners4Results?**

Partners4Results has been reliable for our district. Curriculum management platform for K12 districts.

**Recommendations to others considering Partners4Results:**

If you review the various software platforms always consider the level of attentiveness the product providers will provide. Partners4Results has always worked directly with our team to meet our growing needs.

**What problems is Partners4Results solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to track student success through an easy to use dashboard. Our copiers are able to quickly transfer the local documents on campus for scoring assessments. The student and parent reports provide us with valuable data.
