I purchased a 4% cashback voucher for XP95 fuel, but only 1% cashback is rewarded. On asking their customer support, they say that this offer is discontinued. How does it matter, because I have purchased the voucher when the offer was valid, and so it was displayed on their platform. 2. I recharged my FASTag with 500 INR, for which your app stated that 35 INR were credited to my wallet. But that never came. I have shared a Screenshot for proof with their team, but their support came with a response that a scratch card was provided to get that cashback. However, over the shared screenshot, it was mentioned, "cashback of INR 35 has been credited to your wallet." 3. I am unable to book the INR 500 discount on the ₹2000 IOCL voucher slot; however, able to book the INR 100 discount on the ₹1000 IOCL. Their team says it's an IOCL concern, as there are limited slots. How can it be an IOCL fault? It's their app that is not allowing the customer to take advantage of the INR 500 discount. 4. I carry all the proofs in screenshots, which I shared with their customer support team as well. Their customer support team replies with just same answers without even checking the shared screenshots, which are valid proof that they are just doing fraud. **What problems is Park+ solving and how is that benefiting you?** They claim to solve Indian vehicle owner concerns like resolving challan, providing related srvices ### 2.
